I am really sorry, but this product did not give me any effect. I have used it for almost 6 months now and NO difference.

I can say though, that it gives good hydration the first days and removes all dead or dry skin around the lips, but NOTHING MORE. Or maybe I already have perfect lips (at 70!?).

I am very disappointed with this product City Lips plumper, and all the marketing behind it.

I did not claim the refund, because to really try it, I exceeded the time required for this request. 30 days is not enough to observe a change, and this company knows it very well!

I have lost money and confidence, and I will not buy any product from this American company. For me, they sell dreams, and at a HIGH PRICE.

First, I have to say that City Lip's customer service is fantastic. I accidentally placed an extra order when I only wanted one tube, and they immediately canceled it and refunded my money, no questions asked.

As for the product, it only gives the appearance of smooth lines, hydrated lips, and plump lips when it is being worn. I have not found that it is improving the dryness, smoothness, or collagen production of my lips over time. It is also one of the stickiest glosses I have ever used. That, in and of itself, plus its lack of benefits, makes me not want to use it.

It is pretty when it’s on, but it’s not worth the price.

This product does NOT get rid of ‘smokers lines’ or smooth out your lips. It’s a great lip gloss but other than that, it hasn’t done a thing for me.

The lip plumper stays on well and coats the lips well. As far as plumping, there was no effect for me. As far as conditioning, after three weeks there are no signs of condition on lips or lip lines, no change. This product feels great only when I was wearing it. Not worth $35.00 to me, sorry to say.

It works, kind of. My lips don't peel anymore and feel smooth, but no plumping at all. That's the reason I ordered it. Overall, not a bad product. Maybe you can suggest another product for plumping.

I’ve only been using for about two weeks. I apply at least three times a day and always at bedtime. I see minor changes. I plan to continue to use to see if I further improve. I would not recommend until my results are final.

But I’m not impressed. The best thing I can say about City Lips is that it stays on my mouth pretty well, but the plumping power just isn’t there. VS’s lip plumper in a tube works so much better. It’s a hefty price for a not so effective product.

I put it on morning and night. My lips aren't plumper. My lines are still there. However, my chapped lips feel better. I would recommend Baby Lips; cheaper and does the same thing. In fact, Vaseline would be better. It's also pretty greasy.

I am of almost 50 years old and watching my lips shrink and my lip lines increase. I purchased two City Lips lip gloss. The clear and Tinsel Town. When I first applied City Lips, I was quite excited when my lips were plump and fuller within two minutes following the application. I was so excited to use it twice a day and see the full results but was disappointed when it did nothing to my lip lines as shown on their website in pictures and other reviews for women my age. It’s very sticky when applied, which eventually absorbs into your lips. It does not sting like other lip plumpers that I’ve used in the past. So now I just use my city lips to moisturize my lips. Everyone has different lip concerns and reactions to products, so I think it’s worth a try if you are looking for a lip plumper that does not sting and will moisturize your lips, but don’t count on it doing anything to your lip lines.

After I placed my order, the shipping and receiving were fine and timely. The product arrived well packaged and I was encouraged; however, I have not noticed any tingling and/or plumping action to my lips. The shine is good, so I could recommend it as a gloss, but I would not recommend as a lip plumper.

Since receiving my order and using it, I've honestly found it to be a little of an issue with drying out. Of course, there's sipping on glasses and straws. But this product tends to dry up on my lips faster than a chapped lips application with no wax.

Also, the colors that I had purchased turned out to be far too dark for my fair complexion. There should be further neutral earth tones or more subtle colors.
