City Lips

City Lips is interesting stuff. I was surprised how sticky it is! And I can't say that I have noticed "plumping" of my lips, but that is not what I bought it for.

I have had a pretty bad problem of chapped lips for a few years now, and I have tried just about every product on the market. Some have certainly helped, but none have really "fixed" them, and none have remained effective continually.

Since I just got City Lips, the question of long-term effectiveness remains to be seen, but the product has definitely helped a lot with the chapped issue.

I am disappointed how quickly I seem to be going through it. A tube is only lasting about a week (I am applying it fairly frequently, as my lips feel they need it.) And since it is so expensive, that may prove to be a big problem/deterrent in using it long term. We shall see.

I am just finishing my second week of the clear City Lips, and I haven't noticed any change thus far on these 60-year-old lips. However, they do feel better, certainly not as dry. I'll review after 30 days of using the clear City Lips product. I was unaware that I could get it in any other color. I purchased it for the health of my lips. Lips are still quite full, even my dermatologist has said so! If I were to purchase again, I'd get one with some color. Thank you.

I love the way City Lips plumps and hydrates. I noticed a slight difference right away and a week later, my lips were totally lush. I’m not sure if this will work on people born with thin lips, but if you’re like me and were born with some volume that you’re starting to see decrease, this is definitely worth the money. My only complaint is that it only comes in a gloss that is very sticky/shiny and doesn’t work well with most lipsticks. If you made a balm, I would buy a million of them.

My order from City Lips arrived quickly and I was eager to try the product. I've now been using it for two weeks and don't really see a difference in the fullness of my lips, but I will continue to try. I usually wear it at night when my lipstick wearing for the day is done.

I’ve been using City Lips for just a week. At first, all I noticed was a change in the feel of my lips to a moist and smooth quality.

I have to say, I haven’t felt the tingling effect I expected from the reports I had read about the product.

I will say, I’m beginning to notice a positive change and smoothness to the fine lines above my upper lip that have bothered me over the years.

I will continue to evaluate and hopefully will see great improvement in the fines lines.

I like the product very much and have been using it daily, with a noticeable change in the lines around my lips. I would recommend this product overall and would purchase again. I ordered the clear, and it does have a nice shine to it. It also stays on for a very long time. I will be truthful and say it did not plump my lips and that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars. I would still probably order again because it is not sticky, has no taste, and stays on for a long time.

I started using City Lips about two weeks ago. I love how it is working. My lips feel so soft. I didn’t really need plumper lips, but at 66 years old, I had dry lips. The wrinkles above my lips and under my bottom lip were driving me nuts. I don’t smoke, but the wrinkles were bad! The wrinkles around my entire lip area are getting much less pronounced! My lips are much nicer too! I don’t think I will ever stop using City Lips.

I just purchased City Lips for the first time. I very much enjoy the way this feels on my lips. It makes them feel moisturized. There is no hint of color though. It would be nice to have a hint of color.

I honestly haven't been wearing City Limits every day, throughout the day, as recommended. Only because I forget about it. So, with that said, I cannot give it a full "good" review. From what I have used, I like it. It doesn't tingle much, and the consistency is better than other brands I've tried. I do like that it helps the lipstick last longer too.

This product appears to be best used by someone of a younger age than I. The results after several weeks are moderate and seemed to have reached its maximum level of benefit, a result of waiting too long to try. I will continue to finish using though. It feels good.
