I really like this product but I did not see any plumping of my lips. It does keep them hydrated for a long period of time, which is great for me as I was always needing to redo my lip moisturizer.

City Lips smoothes out my lip lines and makes them look youthful again. The only thing negative I have to say is that it sometimes can feel sticky, but other than that, great product.

My lips definitely look better since I started using City Lips a few weeks ago. I use it throughout the day and always apply it right before I go to bed. At bedtime, I put it beyond my lip line. It’s sticky enough that I can still feel some in the morning.

City Lips has helped my lips to feel soft with NO chapping in the wind and cold weather. I don't really notice the filling in that I had hoped for as my lips are very thin.

The gloss feels great on and definitely plumps my lips. My only complaint is you can't really layer color on top because it just slides right off. However, my lips look great even without added color, so it works!

Loved this gloss! I didn’t really feel like I saw a plumping, but I did like the shine in my lips. It goes on smoothly and evenly. It’s not too sticky, either. Very pretty!

I had high hopes when I ordered City Lips, I'd say I'm moderately happy with the product.
The moisturizing aspect of City Lips is definitely a plus. I'm a chapstick-aholic and my lips feel good for hours after using it.
It's slightly sticky after applying but that goes away pretty quickly and just feels comforting. It seems to last for hours on and has a really complimenting sheen to it.
As far as the plumping I think it falls pretty short. I don't see a difference even though I have religiously been using it multiple times a day since I've received it. There is no stinging or drying out which is nice. But I just don't see the plumping promise coming to fruition.

After using City Lips the lines around my mouth have been reduced and my thinning lips have improved so much I can wear lipstick again. In my late sixties, I thought I must be aging so quickly that I looked like my mother who is in her eighties. After using City Lips, I am relieved to say that I feel like myself again. City Lips moisturizes and fills lips so they look naturally plumped and soft. I have the clear and really like it! I have tried almost every lip plumper on the market and I feel like this one actually moisturizes while it makes lips look fuller and gives them a nice shine.
