My lips were so thin to be almost invisible until I found City Lips. The clear seems to bring out the natural color of my lips, and my lips appeared like magic!

Much better than any chapstick I have ever used, and I have tried them all. I really haven’t noticed the lip plumping, perhaps because I love the moisturizing so much. I will try and pay more attention to the lip plumper. Works great with my Bare Minerals lipstick!
