I can't believe this gets any stars anywhere. It not only doesn't do what they claim. But, it does NOTHING, and it's sticky. Unbelievable.

They lie
They must pay people to endorse this
Worthless product, they should pay me for ordering it

The City Lips gloss does not work at all. I contacted the company for a refund and their 100% refund is not offered. They gave me $14.00 back out of the $35.00 I paid. They said if my product is lost in transit I will be out my money. Also, I have to pay the postage. What a joke.

This product is no better than any less than $10.00 "plumper." It is thick and gloppy. My hair would continually get stuck in it. Plus, it does nothing. It does burn to perhaps give you the sensation that your lips are blowing up. Spend $12 on a lip gloss and deal with it.
When I called to speak with an agent, she was clueless. This was not for a refund. I had a question about another product advertised for smokers lines. The ad showed a model having black lines drawn on her upper lip lines. The rep had no clue what I was talking about. Suggested the product was out of stock or discontinued. I am watching it right now! Pathetic.

I have recently received this order, and like some others used it at least 4 times per day. It does NOTHING the ad claims. Also, to the ones that said, do we think it will increase your lips, yes, “that is exactly what fuller lips means,” it’s sticky. I have some amazing tingling gloss with color from somewhere else that works!

They don’t communicate with one another, my 2nd was canceled, 15 emails later, I was refunded for something I didn’t order.
The site tries to make you order more crap, instead of just checking out.
The commercial is a lie.

After reading all the good reviews online about City Lips and other people's positive results, I was really excited to try it. So, I ordered it and have been using it for about a week now. Every day I've been applying it in the morning, at least 2 to 3 more times throughout the day and at night before bedtime.
So far I'm disappointed. I have yet to see even the slightest difference. It provides a nice shine as a lip gloss but the instant plumping and smoothing of fine lines has not happened. I will continue to use it for a few more weeks before contacting the company just to see if it ever starts working. In my opinion, though, I think City Lips should cease advertising that it instantly plumps because that is definitely not the case.

After months of use three times per day or more, this expensive lip gloss/plumper was entirely ineffective as advertised for plumping and diminishing fine lines. No different than less expensive over the counter products in my case.

I'm sorry to report, but this is basically like putting a thick layer of Vaseline on your lips; it's really sticky. And then as soon as you eat or drink something it comes off, so you have to reapply, which is going to make the tube go very fast (not 30 days as stated). And I did not see a difference except for it's so thick that it does hide some of the actual lip lines. That's about the only thing, which is definitely not worth $40. I would pay maybe $10-15 max.

I tried this product with high hopes. When I applied it for the first time, it later turned into like a film on my lips that would peal off-like chapped lips. It was embarrassing too because when it would do this, at the corner of my mouth it almost looked like I was foaming at the mouth.
Whenever I have used it, the same results. I have had to just peal and pick it off like you do when you have chapped lips.
I am going to return this. I only used half a tube, and the other two are still in their packaging.
I am very disappointed. But the old adage is "if something seems to be too good to be true, it probably is."

City Lips is a good product. It feels nice and makes my lips smooth and soft. As to plumping them, a little I’d say, but not significantly.
As an esthetician of over 20 years and a middle-aged woman, I have to say that the advertising for this product is way over the top. Showing pictures of deep smokers lines on very thin lips, alluding to this product being able to repair and restore youthfulness. Well, that’s simply false. It’s a very good lip gloss and absolutely makes your lips feel nice, but beyond that would be a stretch. Maybe if you start using it at a much younger age, the results would be more substantial. It’s also expensive.

I have been trying to ring this company on the number given and keep getting a message to say the number is no longer connected. I ordered two lip plumpers and was asked if I would like an add-on for a few extra dollars for a total of $87. I agreed and when I received the invoice l had three separate totals. The original, one for $66 and one for $75. I have sent several emails also. Now I have to wait until Monday to get to the bank to see what has been taken out.
