I wish I had read the reviews. I also got conned into purchasing three tubes due to the wording. It is very misleading. I'm sending the other two back and will hopefully receive a refund. I have been using it for seven days, three times per day. I am 44 and have always had thin lips, even as a child. So far, no plumping, gloss lasts about 20 minutes (if I'm lucky), and no improvement in hydration. I don't have lines thankfully. I might send this tube back also. I'll stay with Lip Sense. Great, long-lasting gloss, and budget for injections.

Don’t fall for the extra order. I wanted one tube to try it. At checkout it said would you like to have 2 for $50...didn’t realize it meant plus the original one, so I have now spent $85 on 3 tubes of a product that probably stinks. Beware.

I purchased the 3 City Lips lip plumper special. They said it would help with lip wrinkles and that you won't need any more painful injections after using City Lips. I used it for 60 days like they suggested. The plumper only made my lip lines more pronounced, and the product did not last. I kept applying it all day long.

I ended up getting lip injections anyway, and I'm happy with my beautiful lips.

I contacted the company and told them my complaint and they told me I could not return it. I think this product is a SCAM.

I do not suggest wasting your money on City Lips lip plumper.

This company took my order three times and my payment, two of my orders got returned to sender because they left off one letter in my address. I've called numerous times asking them to correct this and they promise to take care of it. Also, no one ever answers my emails. So far, they have not delivered the third order, which they have promised! VERY disappointed with this sketchy company!

I originally wanted to try one of their plumping lip glosses, mainly to hide fine lines around lips, as they promise to achieve using this product. Instead, I ended up with five of them, against my express order, and having my account accessed without my consent for all five of them! When I complained, they used the lame excuse that it had already been shipped and could not be canceled (after one day!). I can now contact them on their American phone number (I am in Australia) to request a return. I dread the next lot of weak excuses and seeing my entitled refund eroded.

Apart from that, I ended up with red, irritated and swollen skin where I used their product! Charming experience!

I ordered two tubes and the only result I got was the same a lip gloss does for a lot cheaper! It DOES NOT plump your lips, unless mine was a bad batch. Save your money! It is a decent lip gloss but NO plumping of lips.

As far as lip glosses go, it's actually very nice. It's thick without being sticky and it's long lasting, unfortunately, though it just doesn't work!

I ordered two tubes and have been using three to four times per day and have seen absolutely no difference in the plumpness or the hydration. I even took close up before and after photos and 100% nothing had changed.

A nice lip gloss if you've got excessive amounts of money, but for an average working class person I think I'll just stick to my Natio balm!

Really liked it when I first used it. It plumped the lips enough to make a difference without looking like duck lips. Then one day I developed a rash after I had used it. Stopped using it for weeks and then tried again. Ugh, what a mistake! I have a prickly red rash both on and around my lips (I applied the product around the lips too). Also, my lips feel very swollen and inflamed, plus they are peeling. I have been icing them for three days and I'm wondering when the effects will go away! I know this might be an allergic reaction, but I have never before in my 68 years had an allergic reaction to any cosmetic.

My lips are softer now but it didn’t stay on very long. They still feel dry! I have to re-apply it often. It made my lips exfoliate and were sore for 24 hours. I will keep using City Lips to see if they will become moist and fuller.

I tried City Lips approximately one year ago with very high hopes. It did absolutely nothing at all for my lips. I should have gotten my money back before the trial period was over. I think I paid close to $50 for this item and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

I should have known it sounded too good to be true.
