I just want to caution consumers regarding Clear TV's refund policy. My 87 year-old uncle returned the antennas he purchased for $328.64 and was refunded only 224.72. They kept the difference of 103.92 for purchase and handling. In my opinion, that seems an extreme amount to keep for purchase and handling.

Please don't waste your money. It is a real scam. It is not what they claim it is. You actually don't get as many channels as claimed and picture quality is poor.

I bought clear TV $19.99 and ended up being charged $75 and got 6 channels, no cable. No paperwork with package. When we called to get a return authorization number, the customer service was in an automated loop and I was not able to speak to a real person. One call disconnected me. One call looped my call to a private individual having nothing to do with Clear TV. She was distraught with receiving over 600 calls about Clear TV upset customers. There is still no customer return phone call yet for me. I have claimed a dispute thru the bank. How can this be stopped?

This has to be the worse purchase I have ever made. I have to move it every time i change the channel. Also, I do not get any extra channels. Would not recommend to anyone.

Husband saw Ad thought it was a good idea because we lived in rural area. Ordered over the phone, worst mistake... They offer all this extra stuff and you say no only to find out later you have been charged for it. It never worked and we have two of the worst product ever. Don't waste your money. Total SCAM.

I ordered after they called me when they had gotten my number from a previous call I had made to get information and was unable to talk to someone. When they returned my call I was impressed but the entire time I was speaking to the rep where I felt pressured and should have stopped there but I did place an order.
After a few hours I called back to cancel and what's when they told I couldn't because I wasn't in the system. I was told to call back at 7. Called back at exactly 7 and was told again I wasn't in the system and to call back at after 9 and that I could cancel then. At 9:30 I called again and was told it was to late and that there was nothing.
The only thing I could do is to return it when it arrived. Could not speak to a supervisor because Friday is a weekend and they only work Monday - Wednesday. I refused to give up and was connected to 2 supervisors supposedly that could not do anything.
During the whole "Clear TV" experience I must've spoken to at least nine people and got a bunch of NOs. I was hung up on three times. They would not give me a corporate number or address.

Well, there is the cost of 19.95 and you get a second one free but pay separate handling and all of that. Of course, they come in the same package and I'm sure they sit right next to each other in the warehouse on a shelf. So why do I have to pay extra shipping or handling? Yeah, that's one way they scam you.
Then when you get the antenna and it doesn't get any reception they try to convince you to buy a booster, so again making money off of you. Heck, when I tried placing my order they tried to get me to take a trip to Florida and when i said no thank you they offered so many other destinations saying that I will get all this just for buying a clear TV antenna, crazy.
It literally me took me 40 minutes or more to place my order and weeks to get it in the mail. I hooked it up and got no signal. I tried it all over the place and nothing. So upon my call to customer service I find out that I have to pay just to return it! I am so disappointed. Never again. Don't waste your time or money folks!

Okay, so I hooked the antenna up to both my TVs - the one in the bedroom and the one in the living room - it didn't work on either one. I got NO channels on the bedroom TV and only ONE in the living room. And no, I do not live in the country, but in the city. Sorry to say, I fell for this scam, but really glad I didn't get the second one for an extra eight bucks. $28 was enough to throw away. Never again.

This is nothing more than just an antenna! Nothing special! I have a stripped piece of coax cable sticking out of the back of my TV (in the Antenna port) and I get 13 FREE channels. Now be advised this only works on TV's with a digital tuner like flat panels and not the old CRT TV's. But then again, this Clear TV antenna won't work on those either! Buyer Beware!
