I received the clear TV, Hooked it up did the scan & got 1 channel. Changed it to several locations, I go 2 channels, wow, I checked the instructions again and seen you had to be within 25 to 30 mile of a transmitting antenna, I am 45 miles from the closest one. First I got a person that I could hardly understand, I ask to speak to someone in the USA that I could understand, I was ignored. The person just kept talking and I was told they will not pay the $15.95 that I paid for shipping nor would they pay for the return shipping. They said they would credit my card for $7.95 & for me not return the units just keep them or give them to someone but not to try and return them in the future. I have never heard a customer service person talk to me like that. He didn't even ask what was wrong with it give any suggestions of what could be wrong. What he did was not the usual procedure for returns. This is a total scam, please don't fall for it like we did. I am going to keep a close eye on my credit card too and pray they aren't going to try to use it too.

I drive trucks and I have a portable TV that has a antenna so I thought this would give me more channels. Well it's not what they claim it to be. Basically, it's not any better than my existing antenna. What a bunch of bull!

When ordering clear TV, they put you through an automated system which tries to sell you everything plus the kitchen sink. I hit no on everyone but six months later I am signed up with some kind of pay service for LMG Rewards plus prime for 24.95 which I don't need or didn't even order. This whole thing seems like a way to scam people out money to get rewards services one doesn't want.

I suggest not ordering the Clear TV antenna because they are only interested in nickel and cheating everyone by selling additional service and adding it to your bill six months later for $24.95.

This is the worst ever, we wasted $40 on 2 of them and they suck. We only got 3 channels and they were not clear. I would never buy this again believe that!

I am writing about this business to let them and everyone know the product they're selling is just a piece of junk and doesn't work at all. I am very disappointed and now understand that "if the deal looks and sounds so good", think twice. This was a waste of my shipping and a waste of my time. Please, if they want to stay in business, they need to sell something that a least works.

This is a really serious scam and needs to be stopped ASAP.

My old antenna works much better. None of the channels came in clear and only a couple were clear enough to watch. I would definitely be able to tell the difference between this and cable. This is false advertisement.

This business services no purpose in my opinion. I was really blissful and happy when I was ordering the antennas but now it's been 1 month and 6 and I still have not received them yet. Every time I called to check up on my order, their explanation were completely illogical and they kept telling me that something was in review and that it would be sent out in 3 to 4 days. I just want my money back but I don't think I'll be getting it back. I would call this company nothing more than a scam. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Got it home and it was the worst antenna I ever had. I live only 2 miles form were they broadcast and I had to move it and scan my TV at least 10 times before it picked up some channels, nothing more then the rabbit ears antenna I had on the TV before. This is a scam people. Please save your money, don't buy it, its crap, garbage. It does not work like they say at all. Thanks.
