Works great for me!

By Linda LeHue, North Richland Hills, Texas, Verified Reviewer

I get channels I didn't even know existed before. All of my local channels, Weather channels, a game channel, this, metv, decades, kids channels, just to name a few. I also get several channels in different languages. I get 37 free channels. Granted I don't get the cable channels, which I did not expect to get for free. I am very pleased. I get much more than I expected from Clear TV. If you don't have the money to throw away on cable like me, but like watching TV, I recommend Clear TV. I read reviews where people said it didn't work but it works great for me. So glad I took a chance! However, I did play it safe and bought it at Walgreens instead of ordering it, just in case I needed to return it.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It works for me

By Diana, Miami, Florida, Verified Reviewer

I've had the Clear TV antenna, on my TV in the room for over a year. And bought one for my daughter when she moved into her own apartment, as she did not have the budget for cable, and she watches movies on Netflix anyway. The signal, at times, goes off on any particular channel, but it does come back. Or I make it come back by moving the antenna (not a big deal for me). I will add, that the rest of the house has Direct TV. I, on the other hand, chose to have my regular TV, and have found a variety of channels including British dramas on PBS, my absolute favorite, cooking shows on Create, and home show on ION, not to mention oldies but goodies on ME TV and other channels that are transmitted through HD.

I do recommend it, be patient, play with it until you find the right angle of the dangle. It beats rabbit ears, which by the way, was what I used to have.

Clear TV Antenna

By Pennie Spiker, York Haven, PA, Verified Reviewer

It really does work but I found you will need an extension for the wire because it works even better if you put it out the door. Especially if you live in the country rural area like me (and in a mobile home park a lot of old trailers here). Inside I got 4 channels. Hanging out over the back door with a little duck tape, I got 14 clear channels.

I just moved and both antennas broke while moving. So I am buying 2 more (buying one getting one free).

Works well (fair)

By Jason, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I shopped around for an indoor antenna to pick up a few stations for my workout room TV, and someone suggested this Clear TV Antenna. It works better and got a clearer picture than my MO HU LEAF POWERED antenna on my living room TV. I only get a few stations, but the Clear TV Antenna brings them in clearer, (I am also referring to the square plastic Clear TV Antenna, non-powered).

Great HD digital substitute when you don't have cable or satellite.

By Donna, West Grove, PA, Verified Reviewer

I have had this for five years. I bought this for an upstairs small TV and it gets about six channels, which I can live with since it's a workout room.

However, we just got a new TV (Samsung) for our family room, and my husband brought it down to try it down there for times when our DISH receiver goes out. Surprisingly, the Clear TV X-71 HDTV Digital Indoor Antenna picked up 13 channels. We are thrilled with this kind of reception, especially for $14.97.

I purchased this at Boscov's Department Store in Wilmington, DE; it was in a display with other As Seen On TV products. I would definitely recommend it; what have you got to lose?

Love it

By Debra Clark, Kansas City, MO, Verified Reviewer

I was so fed up with cable price constantly going up, so I took a trip to Walmart and bought three Clear TV antennas. I hooked them up, and my favorite channels were there. I get 25 channels. Thank you so much.

Clear TV

By Sandra Herzet, Kansas, Verified Reviewer

I don't understand all the negative reviews on this. Mine works wonderfully, and I live in a rural area. I have approximately 26 channels and have cut my cable. I just had basic cable, but cutting the cable saved me $85.00 a month. The positioning in the window sometimes makes a difference. Try different spots.

Love it!

Clear TV works great

By Ms. Gilbert, Hyattsville, MD, Verified Reviewer

I purchased Clear TV from Kmart, and it contained holes for attaching to the wall, as well as suction cups for attaching to a window. It also has a long cord. I chose to use the included screws and attached it high up on the wall. I scanned for channels and picked up 49 digital channels. Four of them don't pick up too good, and go in and out, but the rest are great and very clear.

I went back to Kmart and purchased two more and installed them on the same way for two additional TVs. They also work great. One of those picked up 51 channels (5 of which are not so clear but I wouldn't normally watch anyway), and the other picked up 47 channels (3 have bad signals). Of course, I canceled Verizon FiOS and am extremely satisfied with Clear TV. I no longer am being cheated by paying cable subscription fees for commercial filled channels.

Great Clear TV

By Rick Kilburn, Weirsdale, FL, Verified Reviewer

I told Dish to shove it because every time it rains it would go out. I bought this Clear TV antenna on the clearance rack for 10 bucks, plugged it in, moved the antenna around and got great 66 clear-as-glass channels in the pouring rain. Never ever will I buy channel TV again. Screw Dish, Direct TV, Cox, etc. And I'm way out in the frigging country. Unbelievable.

Clear TV digital antenna

By Michael, Pahrump, NV, Verified Reviewer

I hooked mine up to HDMI TV placed in my RV window and it worked immediately. I am very happy with my $15 investment! I would definitely recommend this to owners of TVs that have high-resolution HDMI plugs, this should be on your TV for best results.
