Not real!

By Kayla , Grand Junction, CO

Do not waste your money on this junk! Clear TV gives you two channels and even then, they are constantly going in and out! Horrible!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Would not recommend Clear TV to anybody

By CJ , Ohio

Clear TV is a scam and not worth a rating. The antenna you receive does not even look like the one they advertise on TV. I only get eight channels with it. I bought a different antenna from Walmart for $9.99 and get twice as many channels.

Clear TV has the worst customer service ever! They're very rude and appear to be mostly foreigners who give other educated foreigners who have their stuff together a bad name. Go figure? Save your money and what ever you do not recommend it to anybody.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Clear TV is the big scam.

By Ed Vargas , East Fishkill, New York

In one word, it sucks! I bought one antenna and tried it with all of my seven TVs and it didn't work. It is the biggest waste of time because I lost half of the day from TV to TV and no signal. This is one of the biggest scams ever. My question is why does the Government let these companies put all these lies on TV and scam the people?

Not too good

By Glenn Munsch , New Smyrna Beach, FL

I think it's terrible. I got more channels with a regular set of Rabbit ears instead of Clear TV.

Clear TV Antenna experience

By Tracy , Holbrook, MA

This antenna is the worst thing ever in my opinion. Every night I have to move the antenna around to receive my stations. Quite often while I'm watching TV, I have to get up several times to move it around to find a signal and I actually live within five miles of a tower!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It's a bad antenna

By Pete , Arizona

This is just a waste of time, it's true what other ones are posting here. IT DOSE NOT WORK. I tried in all the rooms and in different areas and nothing. I hope I'll get my money back. And yes, you end up paying more than what they announce on TV. I had to rate it a 1 star, but it's a -5 stars.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Review of Clear TV Antenna

By Dina Q., San Antonio, TX, Verified Reviewer

If it sounds too good to be true, that's because it is! This product is a waste of money in my opinion. During the first couple of days this antenna will work fine. However, after that you won't even be able to pick up PBS channels, which is the only reason I bought this product in the first place! Save your money and put it toward a basic cable plan because this product sucks

I think it's fake.

By Jim Mastin , Rapid City, SD

I called them and sold me two Clear TV units and two longer hook up cables. It ended up costing me over $80.00 by the time we got done.

I hooked one antenna to my TV where I was already getting seven local channels with. Now after hooking their antenna up, I get only five channels. Well I called them and they told me tough luck and that no refunds are available.

They make it sound as if you get more than just local channels. Now I can't even get all of my local channels that I originally had. Beware, this is a total rip off.

Tried and it's not true

By Kathleen Eddy, Arizona City, AZ, Verified Reviewer

I am probably one of the first 100 people to get this Clear TV converter box. It only cost me about $7.50 (I had that coupon, 1 per house hold). So I called my mom asked her to follow the procedure. We have 2 now (she has cable) while I have satellite where I live.

We live in a small city and there are no buildings around us. Our city is not even mentioned on the weather during the news or during a storm, and boy do we get them out here. So there is no interference with buildings ruining the outside antenna other than just the wind, so channels will go out. I have to go outside a adjust the antenna.

Before I purchased the Clear TV antenna, I called and asked them whether it work with the outside antenna with the converter box (we have a Sylvania 3 in one Television) but it is not have the digital tuner built in. The guy told me exactly what to do and I wrote everything down. He said yes it will work. Today I received the antenna in the mail. I called them and asked them how to install it and let him know about the fact that we have to rely on a converter box. He asked me how many channels do I currently get with the converted box. I told him about 22-35 channels, and that we don't watch all of them due to some of them being in Spanish.. So it will drop down to 20-29. So I hooked the new antenna up and did everything I was supposed to do and all I got was snow. Well the first thing he said was that it not hooked up right. Yes it is.

I told Adam (the agent) that I am going to re-hook the converter box the original way. Now the channels are back to where they were using the original converter box with this Clear TV Antenna. Long story short, I realized this antenna served no purpose for me and I wanted my money back. They are the ones that said it will work with the box. Now I believe it's a stupid little gadget. Oh, and yes, I even tried it in the bedroom.

Incomplete order

By Jim Obe ,

I received my order but when I attempted the installation, there was no antenna with my order. The Clear TV reception package listed two items: the amplifier and extension cord. This package cost me $19.99. This is the only way that I can notify this company. I could not find a customer service website for Clear TV.
