I want my money back

By HannH, Minneapolis, MN, Verified Reviewer

I ordered the antenna and only got four channels. And while ordering the sale representative kept trying to sell me other stuff, including magazines. I kept telling him I only want one antenna and he must have gone deaf on me because he just continued to try to sell me stuff, so I literally hung up in his face.

I can't wait until the class action lawsuit comes out for false advertising, then I know I will get my money back because they wouldn't even return my money. Rip off.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Don't do it!

By Deb, Ohio, Verified Reviewer

I bought this, and I only picked up two channels. The worst thing is if you return them. I paid $19.99 for two, plus $15.98 shipping and handling. You don't get that back. Then they tell you they"ll only charge you $7.50 for a return label, and you can keep this worthless junk.

P.S. I declined and paid $2.85 to send them back. So I still lost $15.98 and the $ 2.85. DONT do it!

Rip-off!

By Adam, Mabelvale, Arkansas, Verified Reviewer

I have to move the antenna to different locations to get other channels I want to watch. So every time I change the channel I have to move the piece-of-junk antenna. I will never buy from this company again.

Don't listen to their salesperson if they talk to you about it. They are only trying to make their sales commission. They will lie to you and tell you it will work. They will tell you whatever they think you need to hear to get you to buy it. What they don't tell you is how bad they are screwing you.

Not a satisfied customer

By Christi Williamson, Indiana, Verified Reviewer

I bought the Clear TV Antenna, and it did not work on either of my TVs. I only got four channels, so I am not satisfied with the product. So I took it back and got my money back. I live in a 4th-floor apartment and moved it around in different places, including on a window, and only got four channels.

Piece of JUNK antenna

By M. Ramirez, Calexico, CA, Verified Reviewer

People, please save your money! This antenna is nothing but a rip-off. I bought this piece of crap and hooked it up to my TV and surprise, surprise, I only got three stinking channels. I moved the antenna all over the room, but nothing was happening. I hooked back the basic rabbit ears and got 18 channels.

Save your money and don't buy this piece of junk, you'll be better off if you get something other than "clear view." I will not even recommend this piece of crap to my enemy.

Clear TV

By JT, Houston, TX, Verified Reviewer

I saw the add on TV and called to order. Unfortunately, I ordered four units because the offer sounded very good, and I paid $73.00.

They advertise the antennas for $19.99 and the second is free, but the reality is that these items have a sticker price of $10.00, and there is no such thing of a free unit. I tried one antenna and only was able to see four channels; it didn't work.

I called to return the product, and the operator told me that I have to pay a return fee of $15.00 and the process and shipping that I paid in advance wouldn't be returned. When I ordered the product, the sales person did not advise me that. At the end, I lost my money, and I don't see my refund yet. I do not recommend to buy this product unless it is proven that you will get all your money back.

It doesn't work

By Elizabeth Tor, Muleshoe, Texas, Verified Reviewer

I recently got it on Amazon, but when I installed it, I got non-channels. I live in a small town, and it is supposed to get at least nine channels, but it doesn't. I moved it everywhere in my house, but it didn't work. It is a waste of money because it DOES NOT WORK.

Fox antenna sales pitch is a fake

By Doug Staples, Newbury, England, Verified Reviewer

The sales pitch promises that you can get access to a whole range of pay for channels for free. Total nonsense. I ordered a box and got a standard little antenna that is available in the shops for a tenth of the price. No free TV, just Freeview stuff that I could get anyway. The sales pitch is a fake, so DON'T buy this product! Serves me right for thinking I could get something for nothing!

Free TV Key lies

By Sir Galahad, Leechburg, PA, Verified Reviewer

The Clear TV key is a sham and will not receive any channels without an external roof mounted antenna with a rotor. Just like the digital/mono converter with a $40-coupon and that too did not work unless hooked up to an external roof top mounted antenna.

These companies that make these false claims should have the book thrown at then and thrown in jail "indefinitely."

I still can't get one channel

By Kadiann Gordon, Florida, Verified Reviewer

This is worst than the regular rabbit ears antennas. I set it up, put it on the window and nothing. Waste of time and money. I bought it at Walmart for I think $15. Before you buy, read the fine print. I don't recommend it though.

Crooks!

By Sherry Ferguson, Kentucky, Verified Reviewer

I ordered clear TV a couple of years ago, and it didn't work. I put it in a closet and life happened to throw a few curve balls. Anyway, I was cleaning out my closet and found the four antennas. I contacted them and was told to send them back, and I would get a full refund minus the shipping cost. I paid to ship them back. I have been waiting for my refund since they received their junk on January 4, 2017. I have contacted them several times and have been told, "the check is in the mail." Here it is almost August and still no check.
