I ordered this, and it arrived six weeks later because they lost the order. Then I tried it and could not get it to pick up one signal. Garbage. I asked for a refund and was sent an email saying they would refund me 65 percent of the cost. So I agreed.

Six weeks later, still no refund on my account and their customer service is pathetic. They keep stating they have refunded me and to check with my bank. There is no record of the refund. Big scam. I am reporting them for fraud.

You'd think with a "big" company like this, a person would be able to get customer support. I only got SEVEN CHANNELS. I don't know how to work the TV. I don't have a remote for it. I wasted time, money, and high hopes on this thing. I truly thought I'd be able to ditch the cable bill with this "clear view antenna." It's a shame there's not a number I can call to get some help!

Not one single channel. I tried to return product twice with no luck! And paid to have it tracked! It came back both times! I contacted the company again and they offered to pay me partial for it and I could keep their crappy product...if they did that to every customer? Buyer beware!

This only picks up free view TV and will pick up cable TV. You can buy an antenna for a £10.00 to £20.00, this is rubbish. It will not work, and it will not pick up at all.

I have asked to send it back, but you have to pay the postage.

Please DO NOT buy. I have bought one of these plus the amplifier and it only picks up 27 channels, and that is including the radio stations. I have asked for a refund numerous times, but I am getting fobbed off or ignored.

I have a Roku TV and my internet was out, so I bought this for $20 at Rite Aid. After scanning for channels the first time, zero channels were found. The second time three channels were found, and only one of those was actually clear. I re-positioned the box and scanned a couple more times, but had no luck.

Very disappointing.

This is junk! They say you get Fox channel. You're lucky to get seven channels after you move it all over the house. Do not buy! I do not know how these companies get away selling fraudulent products. I guess if there are enough people getting ripped off our government will step in. Keep complaining and writing reviews about this or any other scam going on.

I purchased this "thing" for about $38.00. I was also charged $37.05. I tried it in many locations. It only picked up dust. I am returning it today and expecting it to be in the area of $75.00, minus shipping. It states 90-day return one place and 60, or 30 elsewhere. What gives?

Worst purchase ever. I was led to believe it would pick up a signal, but I am unable to pick up one channel, and I tried it on three TVs. It is impossible to get money back. What a disappointment. The sellers should be ashamed of this scam.

I bought this online, plugged it in as instructed, and got not one channel. I am very disappointed in this product. My TV is brand new (2018) and the key still will not bring me any channels. We tried it on the boat and our trailer and nothing. I've never hated a product so much.

I received the Clear TV antenna, but it picked up only two channels and the picture not stable.

I sent an email to customer support but get only one response, what, their system not working? So far no one contacted me again.
