And this will not be listed anywhere in the top hits. My nephew made this mistake. I have used his, and it is JUST an antenna... like the older among us used for years. Not a particularly good one either. I was not impressed. I wanted to cut ties with cable costs as well, so I Googled, and I got the test review from Consumer Reports on "Best HDTV Antenna". It was easy to find. Their recommendation as a "best buy" was the RCA 1650 amplified HDTV antenna.

I went on EBay and found it for 24.99, with free shipping. It looks cool, it's flat and multi directional, can be hung on the wall, and works like a charm- I get all local channels clearly without having to fuss with moving it around. I'm not schilling for RCA- Consumer Reports liked several others, as well. Just do your research. It's so easy to do, just Google, and pick a reputable review- I happen to have faith in what Consumer Reports says.

Clear TV is just taking advantage of people's misunderstanding of HDTV. You don't need special equipment. If you still have an old coax antenna, by all means, hook it up! If it is fussy to deal with, get a top rated multi directional antenna, like I did. Clear TV is not one of those "top rated" antennas. Don't get taken in by tricky advertising like Clear TV's. My RCA was a much better deal with the free shipping.

I get certain channels. Was told that I now need to buy a amplifier to boost it. Very disappointed.

I only receive four channels, I was told it would be 80. I get Fox, one paid program, shows and Movies and that's it! I do enjoy the Movies channel. Clear TV should be more honest. They know the problems.

Every time I changed channels I had to move the antenna to a new place. Hardly ever could picks up channel 2. I have gone back to using the rabbit ears antenna... and it's working fine.

As advertised, this product is not what I thought it would be. I recently bought this at Walgreens for $14.95 because the TV in my bedroom doesn't have cable. I really thought I would be able to get "100 channels" or at least more channels than I can get from my old antennae. So much for having all these great HD channels.

Every channel that I could get I already had.

Picks up just a few stations, not ABC, CBS or FOX. Does pick up PBS (MPT) CW. It works clear on just a few stations. It actually depends on how close to open space such as a window the antenna is located next to. Not good for a primary TV where you want to see a variety of stations. I use this antenna in the bathroom and my home office.

I had this at my work and only got like 5 channels. It's better than no TV if you're already not paying for cable but if you are already are, I wouldn't waste your time on this.

I bought four of these antennas about ten months ago. I only wanted one but with a second included for free plus shipping. However, my girlfriend ordered two but received four. She was charged double the money of course. When it's working, it's fine, but sometimes we just have to move it constantly to maintain the signal. I would recommend using the 20 bucks for the purchase of a quality antenna elsewhere.

Clear TV advertisements are exciting but all lies unfortunately. I get 5-7 channels depending on the amount of traffic going by my house. I bought one and got another one free with the exception of paying additional shipping and handling charges yet both antennas came in the same box. I don't recommend this product at all.

This antenna cheaper than a converter box and picks up the same channels. I'm taking Clear TV back and using my old stuff.
