I am trying to talk to someone about returning this product. It does not work for me. I am afraid I won't get my refund; they said something about a percentage refund. Please let me know as I am beginning to wonder if this an honest operation on their part.

I just bought an antenna from these people and they sent me a tracking number and when it was supposed to be shipped, however, I can't get any results with that tracking number. I would certainly like to get an email or phone call from these people explaining what happened to my order. If not, I would like my money returned to my card with which I paid for it. I would like to hear from them ASAP, if not, I will be contacting MasterCard and let them get my money back.

I don't know if it works or not. We are outside the 35-mile radius. Didn't work for us. Guess I missed that part. It did arrive quickly, but felt misled in that I had purchased an upgrade, but when it arrived, the upgrade was not apparent. Wish it had worked. I would guess it is worth a try if you are close to your broadcasting station.

When I scanned the device, it actually scanned me only 50 channels and about only 20 of those are HD which the other ones are clearly okay. However, I'm still not satisfied by the fact that in every channel it always lagged extremely most of the time. Of course that's what you would expect on an antenna but I'm not satisfied by how much it lags.

Loved the product at first 6 months ago, over time however channels stopped coming in. At first the clarity would be off or choppy. Now it just says channel not available. I have tried resetting the channels but nothing worked.

I had no illusions about what this could do, I know how broadcast works and could see right through their commercials. But I've been on Rabbit Ears for the past few years and victim to changes in Weather, Cars driving past my window, and neighbors walking around upstairs. Consumer Reports reported that Amplified Rabbit ears do better. I got a set from Radio Shack and only got a slight improvement.

A Neighbor loaned me his clear TV said he was getting great results from it. The real noticeable difference is in putting it against the Wall, you get less inside interference and therefore a few more channels with less breakup. You wont get (nor was I expecting) Hundreds of channels or anything. I just wanted the lower band (2-10) with less interference and I'm getting it. Their advantage is a longer cable to run to the wall or window and eliminating some of the inside interference. Nothing More.

Clear TV Antenna works but it's nothing you can't buy at any big box store, Wal-Mart, Target, etc.

Not too bad! I'm About 15 to 20 miles from the metro area and I am getting about 25 channels. Not all watchable to me but equivalent to my previous low end cable package and I'm saving about 50 bucks a month!

I really don't appreciate the false advertisement, because it only shows basic TV (about 5 channels). Although it shows the channels crystal clear.

Purchased the Clear TV Antenna on a whim while shopping at Walgreens. My friends Satellite was out for awhile and the game was coming on so, I said why not $15. On that television in the city worked like a charm picked up over 70 local free channels. Took it to my home in the suburbs and can't pickup PBS, CBS or ABC. The channels it does pickup fade in and out and as another user stated you have to readjust the Antenna constantly. So, for anyone living near and around the city I highly recommend it. But, for others in the suburbs it's a waste of money.
