Telephone ordering was difficult!

By Marla Mosby , Norman, TX

I saw the advertisement on television. I dialed the number to place my order. Their ordering system would not listen to the responses that I was trying to chose. I then hung up and got online to order. I saw their website, but also saw others talking about the product. So, I read information about the antenna. I am very glad I did take the time to read reviews from others. I did NOT place an order for the antennas!

Scam! Leave this one alone.

By Robert Whittemore , Lake Wales, Fl.

Don't even think about ordering this junk! The first thing they do is get your cc number. Then they keep adding things on like magazine subscriptions and other accessories you need before this thing will work. My bill was $86 and rising. Not only that, but it doesn't even work. I called the BBB. Case is pending. I wished I would have saw this website before I ordered.

Rip off

By Les , Maine

While I would hesitate to call it a scam, I would say it is a duping of the customer. Essentially, this is a fancy rabbit ear antenna. Even the lead in this article is a bit misleading. You do not need a special antenna to receive a digital signal. It's the receiver, the TV, that needs to be digital. Newer TVs are digital. You can buy a converter if you do have an older analog set.

I do not own this product, I've enough experience to know better.

Big Scam, Big Scam

By wayne thomas , Grand Rapids, MI

Buy one-get one free. We did receive two "antennas", but one of them was completely defective and would not bring in any channels, not one! The other antenna we were told in our area should have brought in 20 to 30 channels, wrong! The best it would do was 9 or less channels and some of these were scrambling and they were channels I would never want, religious and channels that sell things. Major networks would not come in at all, no 3, 8, and 13, no fox, no ABC, NBC, CBS. total crap channels.

My wife called in so we could return them, but they were insistent to send us different antennas at our cost, even though the one they sent us was completely defective. So I called and was told we had exceeded the 60 day warranty, but because my wife had called earlier, they said we could send them back for a refund, but at our cost. Are you kidding me! You send me a product that does not work and I need to pay to send it back. To say the least I was not happy.

We sent them back several weeks ago and have not received a refund as of today. BIG SCAM! I have a single rabbit ear that does indeed bring in 20 to 30 channels. They made it sound as if I would get sports channels with this "Clear TV" devise, do not believe it! BIG SCAM! If I could rate this less than one star, I would. There are antennas out there that do work, but this is not one of them!

No channels

By Lisa , Harlem, NY

This piece of junk is not worth the 26 dollars. You only get 6 channels and 3 Spanish channels. Every other channel does not work.

Not a good product or customer service

By Walt , Lynnwood, WA

I never should have bought this joke antenna. it breaks in out all the time, even with the adapter for better power. I just bought an indoor antenna from Lowe's and it works great. I'm watching clear TV for real with a superior flat digital antenna from RCA Now that's the way to go.

Don't be fooled. It's terrible.

By Joshua , Jefferson City, MO

I first saw Clear TV on a late night infomercial. The way the antenna was described seemed like a once in a lifetime deal. It said it was 100% guaranteed. I got one, what a crock. I did everything they recommended including moving my TV by the window. In fact, my town that I live in has more than one tower nearby. I live in the middle of tow, and there are no trees by the window that the clear TV is by. I can only get 6 channels and half of the time they don't even come in. To add to that, the channels break up so easy just by walking nearby and when the vehicles on the road pass. I would just have cable or satellite. I am so mad and disappointed. I feel so dumb for buying it.

It is a scam - do NOT buy it

By Steven Molinaire , Suffolk County, Long Island

We foolishly purchases the antenna. I thought too good to be true. It was. The antenna was able to pick up 2 local channels, nothing else. So if I cancel my cable TV I would have received 2 worthless local broadcasting channels that have little value. I sent it back. I paid the postage to return it and so far I received nothing back. So now I am out my original purchase price plus shipping to get it plus shipping to send it back. Do NOT buy this, there is a reason why cable TV exists.

No reception!

By Patty , Jacksonville, FL

Okay, so I hooked the antenna up to both my TVs - the one in the bedroom and the one in the living room - it didn't work on either one. I got NO channels on the bedroom TV and only ONE in the living room. And no, I do not live in the country, but in the city. Sorry to say, I fell for this scam, but really glad I didn't get the second one for an extra eight bucks. $28 was enough to throw away. Never again.

Big Disappointment

By Jean , Wisconsin

I went to my mother in laws to help set up Clear TV. I tried to connect Clear TV with and without the booster. Well, guess what. It is a waist of time and money. My mother in law did not get any signal. It was a big disappointment. Do not buy this product.

Not worth the money

By Anonymous , PA

Big time scam, they say a man out in the ocean has no problem getting signal, here I am 2 miles from antenna and only get 2 channels. I called customer service and ask for refund, they wanted just go give me back 19.99 out of 38.05 and then on top of that I have to pay 7.50 to return. Big time scam.
