I bought this antenna for my winter home in Florida. It did not get any more channels than I was getting with my antenna. It was supposed to come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Good luck with that; you can't even contact anyone by phone or email. I will be filing a complaint against Clear with the Attorney General's office as well as the BBB. Something has to put an end to this scam.

I could not get a single channel at all. I wanted to send it back but my daughter would not let me because she said they are not telling the truth about the way it work.

This will catch up with the company.

It works good if you know what you're doing and actually have an idea of what channels you're going to get. I think all these people saying it is a scam didn't know how to use it or didn't realize they weren't going to get channels like ES{N, USA, etc. It's a good product.

Couldn't pick up not 1 channel! Order 1 additional antenna, all I was shipped in the same package. I was charged $31.96 just for processing fee. It doesn't cost that much to ship two small boxes. This is not a good company to do business with.

Tried this product but it did not work. So I tried to return the product. Out of the 38.00 dollars we paid, we were told we would only get 19.00 dollars back. What a rip off!

I ordered clear TV and when I got it and hooked it up, it did not work. I got no channels. I called to order the extra box to get distance and was told that in my area I would only get 3 to 6 channels. Without that "extra box", I would get none. Why wouldn't they check that when I placed the order and inform me of it to begin with!? Now I went to return it and it cost me another $6 for the shipping cost. They must get credit from the post office for this or something cause they wont refund me the shipping cost for something that should not have been shipped to me to begin with if I couldn't get any channels in my area. They are crooks in my opinion.

This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought. I get better reception and more channels with a $3.00 antenna I bought at the dollar store. Don't waste your money.

Another marketing hype. They charged me for two antennas and I was very clear to the person taking my order that I only wanted one. I saw the charge on my bank statement. They did take the second charge off. Still I wish I never called them.

I've had the Clear TV antenna, on my TV in the room for over a year. And bought one for my daughter when she moved into her own apartment, as she did not have the budget for cable, and she watches movies on Netflix anyway. The signal, at times, goes off on any particular channel, but it does come back. Or I make it come back by moving the antenna (not a big deal for me). I will add, that the rest of the house has Direct TV. I, on the other hand, chose to have my regular TV, and have found a variety of channels including British dramas on PBS, my absolute favorite, cooking shows on Create, and home show on ION, not to mention oldies but goodies on ME TV and other channels that are transmitted through HD.

I do recommend it, be patient, play with it until you find the right angle of the dangle. It beats rabbit ears, which by the way, was what I used to have.
