I feel that when you order a product, they take money off your card and then say that they don't take the money off until it is shipped and then want more money. That's not the way it suppose to be. And then they don't put the money back on your card that they took off. I recommend not to get this product unless you want a big run around with them. I would give them no stars if I could.

It is like normal rabbit ear antenna. On windy and bad weather days it freezes up and goes blank. Find a solution for that and I will buy it.

I just want to caution consumers regarding Clear TV's refund policy. My 87 year-old uncle returned the antennas he purchased for $328.64 and was refunded only 224.72. They kept the difference of 103.92 for purchase and handling. In my opinion, that seems an extreme amount to keep for purchase and handling.

Not too bad! I'm About 15 to 20 miles from the metro area and I am getting about 25 channels. Not all watchable to me but equivalent to my previous low end cable package and I'm saving about 50 bucks a month!

Okay, let me give you the skinny. I opted to order online.

1. The $7.99 Shipping and Handling ? Nope. Try $15.98 for Shipping and Handling with their "Buy One, Get One".

2. As you go to check out, they try to sell you cords and extras that you can easily get at Wal-Mart, Radio Shack or any other retail outlet for purchase, where at least you will meet with a person and have a receipt. (*for replacement, exchange). No where on their general ad do they have a disclaimer about the "extras".

3. The toll-free number for the "$20.00 refund"? Mercedes mentioned that you had to participate in Value Club in order to receive the refund and also a Wal-Mart Gift Card. In other words, cold-call selling in reverse. I know it's a commission based business, because I verbally told her I was not interested in it and she politely wished me a good night. She didn't even know how they would deliver it (since they never mention it on their site). She said she guessed it was USPS.

Bottom line: If I got scammed, it's less than a full tank of gas for my rundown truck that I am trying to keep from having to turn in and walk to my paycheck to paycheck job. But it's definitely not on the up and up.

My mother brought that Clear TV mess and we hooked it up for her. I know we are not slow, but she still gets more with her converter box than that crap. This company is wrong for taking advantage of older people. It doesn't matter how old they are.

The people on TV that are playing people advertising this thing are faker than Clear TV itself. They know that product does not work. It's a shame. Pissed off on how that run a business that's full of lies.

There's a big design flaw with Clear TV antenna stick that can only lock in behind TV. I live in the Los Angeles area where outside antenna can pick up digital signals easily. With Clear TV, only channels 7 and 11 came in without breaking up. However, using a coaxial cable and coaxial cable splitter to move Clear TV to wall stabilized reception.

Since Clear TV does not offer option of putting antenna on wall or window, it is ineffective substitute for outdoor antenna or pay TV. Antenna has to be moved away from TV up high to gain reception. Even old rabbit ears antenna that can be perched on table works better than Clear TV.

I returned my Clear TV at Rite Aid for refund because I might as well buy more expensive indoor antenna that mounts on wall and works.

I purchased a Clear TV antenna to avoid the cost of cable TV for the sole purpose of getting a clear reception on my television set. However, this antenna has not been effective at all, as I receive poor reception whenever activity or movement inside or outside of my house occurs. I strongly advise not purchasing this product as it does not perform as advertised.

My experience is not good. I returned this HDTV three days ago from Florida as it did not work on any of my TV's. It cost me $12.75 to return it in good condition, and now I am trying to see when they are going to give me my credit on my MasterCard and they are not available to answer the phone nor are they available online. This is a scam folks! Don't waste your time and money!

I got this Clear TV Key Antenna thinking I could save some money and get rid of cable, so I got this. It doesn't work. I live on a pension and am I trying to save some money, that's why I got this. Now it will cost me $6.95 to send it back. It not worth it. It's a piece of junk.

I purchased this antenna but when I hooked it up, I got no channels. I contacted them and told them I wanted to return it and get my money back. They told me they normally give a refund if returned unopened, but they wanted to give good customer service and would return my money. They received the product on 10/7/19 and told me my refund would be processed. Then they sent me an email stating a partial refund of $20 would be refunded. Whereby I replied stating I was charged around $60. They apologized and said the correct amount would be refunded (this was yesterday 10/16/19). However, the email they sent again showing a refund showed zero dollars to be refunded this time. I sent another email on 10/16/19 and today, 10/17/19 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND! Don't waste your money or time because until I have my total refund like they promised, this company is full of nothing but talk. Oh, and I have email communication as proof.
