I didn't have cable or satellite when I purchased this, but I can tell you this. Do not cancel your cable when you order this thinking it's going to replace your cable because it won't! It did provide me with channels that I did not previously have, however, I did not suddenly have cable channels. I am very happy with all of the extra channels that I now receive, but I think their commercial is very misleading. They do say that you can get rid of your cable or satellite bill. Well, you can, if you no longer want movie channels and sports channels and extra news channels, well, you get the idea. It does seem like a con job. If you don't have cable this is a great product to receive channels that you otherwise would normally not receive. And I mean a lot of channels. In which case, I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought the buy one get an extra for just shipping. They both came in same package and the box weighed more than the product. Why the extra shipping? I hooked it to my TV and thus far I have not been able to get a single channel. Seems to me there should be a class action lawsuit against this company! I have only seen 2 reviews that have had any success with this antenna. Sounds like a scam to me! I am not sure I would even recommend this product to my worst enemy.

This is a scam from the word GO. We were ordering the $19.95 one along with the Buy One Get One Free. Well, we were charged $133.72. I refused the package when it came and I was charged $63.92 for shipping and handling.

This Clear TV Antenna works for the seller. I ordered the antenna with the special deal of getting an extra one for the price for free. You only have to pay shipping and handling for the additional antenna bring the total price with tax to $38.21.

When the Clear TV Antenna arrived it was tried in every room of the apartment and it didn't work. It would only pick around five channels at most (I live approximately 25 miles from NYC). I decided to return it and get a RA first. The rep tells me that I will only get $7.00 as credit and I can keep the items instead of returning it. I told her that I will mail the package back to them. The total amount refunded will be $19.95. So, this item works real good for the seller because they make a profit just on the shipping and handling without the antenna ever needing to working. Don't try it unless they promise you a full refund including shipping and handling.

Don't waste your time or money on this thing. Total waste of plastic. Better used as a paperweight.

We ordered it, it took 8 days to show in the bank, waited 9 business days for delivery and finally received it. Only to find out after twenty failed attempts to program it...that it does NOT work!

Works great, but you must have a digital TV or analog to digital converter. For those it doesn't work for, do you have digital?

This company is a rip off. I ordered the two units for a $20 deal about a month ago. I ordered four antennas and the company sent and charged me for eight instead. Plus it was an additional $9 for each antenna in shipping charges. So I called them about their mistake and they tell me to send it back to get my money back. What they didn't tell me is that I had to pay to send it back, plus they only gave me half of my money back for something I didn't order. At the end of it all, the antenna didn't even work. It's a scam to get rid of a product that doesn't work but can get profit from it. Don't get ripped off. If you want an antenna, go to your local stores, they have it for less and probably will work better than this one.

I agree with all the negative comments above: no signals were detected the very day I purchased this train wreck. As the old saying goes "don't believe the hype". My wife & I have two television sets and I tried Clear TV on both of them but to no avail despite the fact that we live within a five-mile radius of our affiliate. Our old antenna is a hundred times better than this absolute waste of time. My advice to all who actually does research is do your homework before committing because some of the products out there either may be going out of business and/or comes with a "no-refund" clause. Bottom line is that you should run in the opposite direction if you see the Clear TV package!

Do not waste your time and money. This does not work. What they don't tell you when you are purchasing is that you must be within 35 miles of stations. I was only able to receive 12 channels. all local. But nothing clear.

Channels on the high side only work during the day and the low channels start to scramble. Very disappointed. This is s huge scam that should be stopped by the Attorney General. This company is still making tens of thousands of dollars on a product that does not work properly. This is definitely a Scam!
