I purchased the Clear view antenna for my retired mother. I waited a while to receive it, but the customer service explained that there was a back log of orders but politely assured me that i would get it on a specific date, which i did. The installation was easy and the guide was also easy to understand, We found 67 channels with clear, crisp picture. My mother was thrilled, however just like they had explained it would not work for older model televisions. But it delivered as per the claims, worth every penny. Excellent value, for low and fixed income people who do not watch too much cable channels.

I receive 10 to 12 channels from one location in my house and 5 from another. All stations are clear as a bell. I live close to Vancouver Canada and receive many of the programs there. I am in a semi rural area, and it gave me as much or more than the more expensive antennas.

I only receive four channels, I was told it would be 80. I get Fox, one paid program, shows and Movies and that's it! I do enjoy the Movies channel. Clear TV should be more honest. They know the problems.

I saw the add on TV and called to order. Unfortunately, I ordered four units because the offer sounded very good, and I paid $73.00.

They advertise the antennas for $19.99 and the second is free, but the reality is that these items have a sticker price of $10.00, and there is no such thing of a free unit. I tried one antenna and only was able to see four channels; it didn't work.

I called to return the product, and the operator told me that I have to pay a return fee of $15.00 and the process and shipping that I paid in advance wouldn't be returned. When I ordered the product, the sales person did not advise me that. At the end, I lost my money, and I don't see my refund yet. I do not recommend to buy this product unless it is proven that you will get all your money back.

The antenna is horrible and it doesn't get any TV stations well, or even tolerable. Channels scramble or are constantly going to scramble. Two other antennas for similar prices that stick on the window with suction cups are better but still poor performers. Forget these applications, unfortunately, subscribe to cable or satellite. But of all, this Clear TV is the worst and I have 4 of them.

I have had your service for a while, was happy with 27 channels but now I only get 8...CBS and ABC, no CW, no Fox, no antenna TV...why, what changed? The picture is fine on the 8 but can't get much I like. Very bummed out, please help.

This is a rip-off. I want my money back. Would not recommend this product. My digital antenna doesn't get any channels, not one. Why sell it in my area if you don't have a tower near by?

I have tried it and it doesn't work. I have asked for my money back and they beat around the bush but will not send my money back. A stinky way to take people in for a piece of junk.

I bought the antenna and it is nothing like what they claim on the commercial. I scanned the available channels and does not even take the channels that the TV used to take with another antenna I had before. Not worth your money.
