I got less channels with this. Charged more and even twice. And they didn't even include a statement.

Can not get one channel. To ship it back I am to told to pay shipping fees for something that does not work. Need to report to BBB.

I wouldn't send or give or try to give this to any one. They stole money from me. It's made in china and it don't work. The FCC & the federal government will hear about this scam along with the New York FBI.

I ordered this thing to get local channels such as ABC, NBC, Fox and all the other local non cable channels. I could not pick up one single clear channel.

I was charged shipping for two and was shipped in a single box so they make twice the money on shipping plus it cost you $7.95 to ship it back. What a scam, plus you get no receipt when your order arrives. Please don't get hooked on this SCAM. Don't loose a friend by recommending either.

And this will not be listed anywhere in the top hits. My nephew made this mistake. I have used his, and it is JUST an antenna... like the older among us used for years. Not a particularly good one either. I was not impressed. I wanted to cut ties with cable costs as well, so I Googled, and I got the test review from Consumer Reports on "Best HDTV Antenna". It was easy to find. Their recommendation as a "best buy" was the RCA 1650 amplified HDTV antenna.

I went on EBay and found it for 24.99, with free shipping. It looks cool, it's flat and multi directional, can be hung on the wall, and works like a charm- I get all local channels clearly without having to fuss with moving it around. I'm not schilling for RCA- Consumer Reports liked several others, as well. Just do your research. It's so easy to do, just Google, and pick a reputable review- I happen to have faith in what Consumer Reports says.

Clear TV is just taking advantage of people's misunderstanding of HDTV. You don't need special equipment. If you still have an old coax antenna, by all means, hook it up! If it is fussy to deal with, get a top rated multi directional antenna, like I did. Clear TV is not one of those "top rated" antennas. Don't get taken in by tricky advertising like Clear TV's. My RCA was a much better deal with the free shipping.

My son has Clear TV. I've seen the product. If you're a true TV watcher, this is not for you. I had low exceptions to begin with and was still disappointed. My son works all the time and is never home, so for him it works.

I ordered after they called me when they had gotten my number from a previous call I had made to get information and was unable to talk to someone. When they returned my call I was impressed but the entire time I was speaking to the rep where I felt pressured and should have stopped there but I did place an order.

After a few hours I called back to cancel and what's when they told I couldn't because I wasn't in the system. I was told to call back at 7. Called back at exactly 7 and was told again I wasn't in the system and to call back at after 9 and that I could cancel then. At 9:30 I called again and was told it was to late and that there was nothing.

The only thing I could do is to return it when it arrived. Could not speak to a supervisor because Friday is a weekend and they only work Monday - Wednesday. I refused to give up and was connected to 2 supervisors supposedly that could not do anything.

During the whole "Clear TV" experience I must've spoken to at least nine people and got a bunch of NOs. I was hung up on three times. They would not give me a corporate number or address.

do not fall for it. I bought this antennae for a sick friend who could no longer afford cable due to chemo and radiation. we hooked it up and she already had a convertor box. it blew it and we never could get it to scan right we got her lawyer to contact them and get my money back but we had to threaten them. they wouldn't take it back so we kept it and when others thought about buying it we showed them what kind of product it was they changed their minds quickly. don't buy it.

It should be no stars! I wish I had this blog before I ordered my two " Clear TV' antennas. It is no better than the $12.99 from Wal-mart.

When I called to get my return number, they offered me a $7.50 credit and I could keep the antennas. I politely told them that I could ship it back for less than the $12.49 That they were going to keep. It cost me $5.98 at the post office and I have a tracking number to confirm delivery.

So I'm out $15.98 for the original shipping and handling plus $5.98 for sending it back.
