This product has taught me not to ever trust an advertisement again. It does not work and you can not get a full refund, because by the time you pay the shipping for two, and then to ship it back you get no refund. I will be reporting This to the FCC.

We decided to add a TV in the house. We do not subscribe to cable. Our existing TV is hooked up to a RadioShack antenna. We then got the Clear TV device and hooked it up to the new T. The reception is great, but I get half the number of channels that the RADIO SHACK antenna provides.

Its a scam! Lots of hidden fees! When you send it back they won't refund your money. Its been almost 2 months now. No one speaks English and your call conveniently gets dropped when they transfer you. Save your money!

Well, there is the cost of 19.95 and you get a second one free but pay separate handling and all of that. Of course, they come in the same package and I'm sure they sit right next to each other in the warehouse on a shelf. So why do I have to pay extra shipping or handling? Yeah, that's one way they scam you.

Then when you get the antenna and it doesn't get any reception they try to convince you to buy a booster, so again making money off of you. Heck, when I tried placing my order they tried to get me to take a trip to Florida and when i said no thank you they offered so many other destinations saying that I will get all this just for buying a clear TV antenna, crazy.

It literally me took me 40 minutes or more to place my order and weeks to get it in the mail. I hooked it up and got no signal. I tried it all over the place and nothing. So upon my call to customer service I find out that I have to pay just to return it! I am so disappointed. Never again. Don't waste your time or money folks!

Once again, I should have listened to my husband. He said it was a scam before I ordered Clear TV. The commercials makes everything look so much better than what this antenna actually is!

Ordered antennas, both came in same box, but paid for additional shipping for something that weighed a couple of ounces. Put antenna on two different TVs and it did not work on either. I had to pay to return items which only cost $2.60. So why are you charged $7.99 twice? you pay for a product where the company already knows that does not work so they expect consumers to return it because they make money off the shipping fees they charge. All the channels they claim you will get is no more than I am getting now. I think it's a BIG Rip-off in my opinion. I think they should be shut down, no better than people who prey on and rip off unsuspecting people. Would not recommend to a soul.

You need to be fined for lying to people. You also need to be put out of business I see why you don't have no one answering the phones. Just a complete rip off and you have the nerves to offer people 2. You really need to give them away for free.

We own 2 homes one in East Texas and one in Houston Texas and have 5 TV's. This product did not work on any of our TV's.

When I called to return them I was told that I would not get a refund on the shipping and handling ($32.00). I can understand having to pay to return the item but not for the shipping and handling to send it to me because the product does not work. I also could understand if I just did not want the product but I am returning the product because it does not work.

The "supervisor" (Jodie Ann B12) I spoke to sounded like a robot. When I ask to speak to someone above her she advised me that there was no one above her.

I agree that this is probably a scam.

First off I was drunk when I ordered it. To order you would have to very dumb. You may as well watch paint dry on the wall. The word junk is to good for it.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Operator argued, would not let me talk to a supervisor, continued to argue. It was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with customer service. I would not recommend this product. They've taken the money out of my account and I have not received anything.

Lied about the full refund and then wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back to them. Don't work no different than the standard antenna. It doesn't even deserve a star. So much false advertising. It's so frustrating and now I dislike the company. They will not return your money fully and then they want you to pay to ship it back to get even a partial return of your money. It makes no sense!
