First of all that cheap crap does not work, but they don't care because when you return it, they make money anyway on the shipping and handling. Wish I had been more concerned about what they were offering than I was to get rid of my cable company. I spent $66 on the original order. Called support when it didn't work. They said no problem. You can sell it to a friend if you want or return it. Returned it. Got $35 back. Really?

Stay as far away from this company. Pay the $40 for a HD converter from your local electronics store.

Customer service sucks. Never answer your problem. They always hanging up on you. They lied about the price which they over charge you with. The product does not work at all. It's not worth buying from this company. Please don't. It's a scam and I would actually give it zero stars if I could.

This product is a cheap antenna and if you live anywhere near a city the product does not work at all. Some people that live in suburban areas have also reported very poor reception if any and people in rural areas are simply too far from a broadcasting station. This product as it is advertised makes it false advertising and therefore a crime. Clear TV aka Tristar should stop deceiving the public.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Stay away of it. They sent you a fake tracking number and try to tell you that is been delivered even though you never received it. Called back and they told me it will be delivered the same day or next. Guess what? Nothing. Called back and I was supposed to get a replacement package and still fake tracking number, no package. I had to call my credit card company to dispute this charge. Scam, scam, scam.

The charged my account twice and I now have to fight to get my money back. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE BEING WARNED.

The antennae picks up less channels than regular rabbit ears. The amplifiers will not pick up anything at all. I ordered one amplifier and they charged me for two, and sent two. When I called them to tell them this, they issued a $10 dollar credit, only to be told later that by getting this credit, I could not return anything and get my money back. This is a scam.

Do not buy this cheap antenna, go out and buy a real HDTV antenna from any store that sells real antennas like Lowes or Radio shack.... you can buy one online with Remote Motor Control HDTV Antenna with Free Ground Shipping for 67.00 dollars that you can pick up station 70 miles away. unlike Clear TV that good for maybe 30 miles. also channels freezes with Clear TV. remember this is not cable and no cable channels. This is like the old days when we all had antennas you get ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and other local channels. My Clear TV antenna is in the trash can and gone to the dump.

My son in Jacksonville, Florida received 2 extra channels. I received no extra channels. It is poorly made. Seems like it is apt to fall apart if you touch it with your fingers. I threw it in the trash.

I went to Walmart and purchased an RCA antenna shaped like the clear TV, however much sturdy and about 2-3 square inches larger. Now I get 11 more channels than I got before installing this one which totals 33 channels in all without cable. It cost me $29.00 but I did not have to pay shipping.

The antennas work very poorly. My broken rabbit ears work better. To top it off, the antenna blew out my digital to analog converter box! The company offered me a Walmart card for my trouble, and apparently Walmart can't offer them to Wisconsin residents. I'm out $35.00 dollars for the antennas and $50.00 for my converter box.

I saw an ad for this service and decided to check it out. I was told one price over the phone and decided to order. At the end of the order I was told a price almost twice as high and was hung up on when I asked why the price was so much higher than what I first was quoted.

Please do not order this service. They will take advantage of you.
