After using the pan according to directions for only a few weeks many scratches appeared in the cooking surface for no reason. The warranty is very expensive to use as you have to pay the return postage yourself and enclose an additional $14.99 to get a pan which may or may not scratch again even when using wood and plastic utensils.

Worked good until the non-stick coating wore off after just a few months. We always washed by hand with soft sponge and never even put it in the dishwasher and non-stick coating is now gone. Can't cook anything without it sticking to the bottom. I emailed the company several times and have never heard from them. Definitely do not recommend.

I just got a 10" Copper Chef Pan last week. I put it to test right away. Making fry eggs, stir fry Asian cuisines. This pan is working GREAT without cooking oil. Everything moves freely just like non-stick pan is supposed to be. I love it and I want to buy more. This time it's going to be the big one and another 10" pan.

Eggs stick to the pan, had to use rubber spatula to try to get them out of the pan, yokes broke in process. I tried cooking salmon, squash, zucchini, bratwurst, sausage - everything I tried cooking stuck to the pan. I had wished that it was like on TV, where everything slid around without prodding but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Very disappointed in this product. I am returning it for a refund and hoping that their handling and postage isn't as mush as the pan.

Used the pan 3 times. Seasoned per instructions. Tried to fry eggs. Took a good while to heat up. I do have a glass cook top and they usually do take longer for pots and pans to heat up. This pan took longer. The reason is, the pan does not sit flat on the cook top. There is a raised button on the bottom of the pan that will not allow the pan to sit flat. With the 10 inch pan it allows at least a 1/4 in distance for the pan to be elevated above the stove surface. All of the food slides forward due to the weight from the handle. Pan is going back today.

The 1st time we used the pan it worked as seen on TV. The second time my wife used it she cooked back bacon. Well, the non-stick surface in no longer none stick.
My wife keeps the pan separate and does not allow it to hit the sink, even still the bottom has severe scratches on it. We have a glass top stove. The pan looks like a paper thin copper coating over aluminum. There are no scratches on the interior so far (4 uses).

I purchased my Copper Chef 9 inch fry pan six months ago and there were no instructions addressing seasoning or doing anything in preparation for its use. The pan worked as advertised for two months, then it started sticking foods to it. I have been forced to put a little vegetable oil in the bottom in order to even use it. I am very disappointed.

I couldn't wait to get one of these pans. I bought it this summer, and as soon as I got to my brothers home, we had to try the cheese test. It was amazing, just like on TV.
I use my pan almost every day, and now, after so much use it isn't anything like when I first got it. Things stick in it, and it doesn't just wipe out nice and easy, not anymore. Now it is just like any other pan. I'm pretty disappointed. I wanted to buy all of them, but won't be doing it now. It scratches also, and they said it wouldn't. I wish I knew how to get it replaced. I did love it at first, though!

This product is not as good as they say on TV.
After a few uses, everything gets stuck on it. And about the eggs sliding on it, what a lie. You do need to put oil, and even after putting oil, it's a mess.

False advertisement at its finest. My junk Copper Chef pan arrived today. The first steak I cooked in it not only got stuck to the pan, I can't even wash it off. My five-year-old Teflon is not even comparable to this piece of junk. I called their customer service, and now I have to pay for shipping back. Way to go Copper Chef!
