No different than any other pan

By Valerie, Texas, Verified Reviewer

A negative review will never get published on the Copper Chef website!

I have used these for three weeks solid and followed all the directions, and even when I just now reviewed them to see if I did anything wrong, and I did not!

These pans stick, and you can see the wear in the coating. I only use the soft silicone scrapers or flippers (and never metal), and I hand wash them immediately after use because they were so pretty and I loved them. But they continue to stick. They do wash up easily, but they stick so bad it is super frustrating. And they don't seem to cook evenly as advertised either.

Overall I am just not happy at all with them, and in order to send them back for a "full" refund, I have to shell out 23 bucks in shipping out of MY pocket. I am so frustrated I want to cry. Their big push is to send me a replacement, and that's what they want, a replacement as many times as you need, for life! Well, what's the point if they are going to get crappy again.

I am just so flustered. I love to cook and normally buy quality, and these are NOT quality. It is so sad. They even decided to tell me that "if you put cold eggs in a hot pan it will stick, try putting cold items in a cold pan, and heating them up together." OK, cool idea, NOPE! It stuck, or they said to not heat it over med (which I don't normally do anyways), and well, it always sticks. And, hello, I should be able to cook on high if I want to! Right? I hate these pans.

Copper Chef

By Sherry Floyd, California, Verified Reviewer

I would love to review this product, but unfortunately, the company took my money, told me the product shipped and I am starting week three now wondering when I will ever get this product. I was told they were sorry and they would reship the order, but it never happened. I then found out they are actually out of stock.

So, I ordered my product; they don't tell me they are out of stock, they take my money, tell me it shipped and then continue to jerk me around. This is not a good way to do business.

Does not hold up

By Brenna Nott, Illinois, Verified Reviewer

We've had it for five months. Normal everyday cooking like scrambled eggs used to be awesome! Today I made burned egg paste. Seems like the coating wears off. Everything burns and sticks now. We've been so careful to hand wash and never use metal tools. There is dark discoloration all over the pan that doesn't go away after washing. Very disappointed.

False advertisement

By Miguel, Las Vegas, Verified Reviewer

I have four pots that are 9" and 11," and small ones too. Every single one has a problem with grease of black/brown color sticking outside of the pan, and one of them started to have deep scratches in the center. Now I have to pay to send them back with a receipt number and some other information. They don't tell you that over the TV. Why do we have to pay again for something that has a lifetime warranty? This is bad and FALSE advertising!

And with all the extras they try to sell you and everything, plus shipping; it's ridiculous!

Don't get this product.

Best pan ever

By Carla Mason, Vacaville , CA, Verified Reviewer

I have been using non stick cookware for over 40 years, used them all. I just received my Copper Chef 2 weeks ago and it is my go to pan. I made chicken and dumplings, simmered beans for over four hours, and many other things and nothing stuck to the bottom of the pan even after simmering, nothing burned. I love this pan and highly recommend it.

Best Pan EVER

By Connie S, Washington, Verified Reviewer

Believe me when I say I am a skeptic of about everything offered on TV, but while saying that I always feel compelled to try some things that I really would like to be true. I have found a few things that live up to what they have promised, and this Copper Chef pan is one of them. I really hesitated at the price, and a wavered back and forth for a month whether to purchase or not, but then I just decided to dive in because I was so frustrated with the pans I was using at home.

When I got this I was a little disappointed with the size (I got the deep square one), I am terrible with gauging sizes. I tried it out the next morning with eggs without any oil, and they slid right out. Then I tried it with a number of other foods that would normally stick and NOTHING did! This pan was well worth the price I paid.

I saw an add for a Gotham Steel pan, buy on get one free, I figured they were the same thing, just under different name, NOT. I am returning those pans, and paying the little bit extra and purchasing more Copper Chef pans. I have to say I am very surprised from how many negative reviews I read here.Mmy experience was great, I am sorry theirs was not.

Yes I like the pan very much.

By Juanice Baker, Texas, Verified Reviewer

I received my pan from QVC, I am 84 years old and am not able to handle heavy pans anymore. It's light weight and love handles on both sides. I am a pretty good cook, have used a lot of pans in my life. So far I am very pleased. No sticking, food just slides out. I can cook just about anything, gumbo, soups, stir fry, pork chops, steak and other things. Last night I cooked Shrimp Creole & it turned out great. Just wiped out the pan, rinsed it under the faucet & I was done. I only use plastic utensils & don't have a scratches. I will let you know again after I have used it for a month or two. Yes I would recommend this pan to anyone.

The Best

By Pamela, St. Louis Park, MN, Verified Reviewer

I love this thing. I'm an ok cook, but my sister cooks like mother (great). We're from the South, so home cooked meals is our thing, but my sister has a habit of burning nearly every pot/pan she uses. But now when she walks away from the kitchen I'm still in the relax mode. I no longer have to remind her. She burned her greens in my copper pot and the pot is still like NEW. I honestly wish I could just afford to buy 1 for her of her own so she can stop using mine. It's my #1 go to in the kitchen just like TV said it would be. I love it.

Best Pan Ever!

By Debra Famulari, Newburyport, MA, Verified Reviewer

I'm reading the reviews for this pan and had to add my comment. I don't know what pan these other people got in the mail, but it sounds nothing like the copper chef I received. Pan works GREAT. Everything the infomercial said it would do was spot on!

Our first meal was short ribs in the oven and the recipe was yummy. It cleans very well and cooks amazing. Did not have to 'season' the pan, and nothing sticks to it. I can't wait to make other recipes in the book. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks copper chef!

Not what they say - typical commercial hype!

By Jean Parrillo, Horseheads, NY, Verified Reviewer

Purchased the whole package back in April 2016. Was excited to find cooking pans that could possibly be the only ones I would use. The pans do not hold up, they chip, scratch and they burn. I have tried all types of food in them and they don't perform as they are shown on TV. The latest problem is the steamer basket, one of the legs rusted off of the basket and broke in half. I use it to steam vegetables and eggs, does a great job steaming but a replacement basket costs $20. The cost is too high for the pans. I would have preferred to use the money on Rachael Ray pans. So disappointed but it's typical of television commercials, they blow everything out of proportion and you get suckered into buying the product thinking it will do all kinds of magical cooking. Also burned my hands on the handles, they got hot from cooking on the stove, so dangerous, especially if you have small children.
