I was skeptical that this pan could be as good as they claimed on TV, but boy is it! Even better. I have made popcorn, chicken pot pie, inside out grilled cheese, cherry pie, and lasagna and it has all turned out perfectly.
I LOVE this pan. I wasn't even a cook before this pan and now I'll cook anything because I know it will turn out perfect. I can't say enough good things about this pan Nothing sticks, everything turns out perfectly cooked, and it is a dream to wash.
Thank you Copper Chef. You have changed my life.

In the Spring of 2016 I purchased the Copper Chef 5-Piece Deep 9.5-Inch Square Pan Set and the Copper Chef 360 10" Non-Stick Ceramic Pan with lid. After several weeks I cleaned out many of my old pots and pans. Yes I kept my great grandmother's cast iron skillets and some cake and pie pans, but now I cook more often than not with my new pans. They do everything the ads say including easy care and clean-up. They are truly a 21st century cooking product.

Only had the frying pan for one month and now it sticks to everything. I tried a little oil and still no good. You can forget about a refund because company ignores you.

During Christmas dinner, while frying chicken wings, it did not heat up enough to cook, and eight pieces of chicken wings took me 45 minutes to fry. The chicken wings were not done, so I gave up and used my old pan, which I had for 15 years.
It does NOT heat oil to the temperature of 350 degrees at all, and I tried for an hour. Don't buy the pan if you're going to fry. I had a fit about this pan during our Christmas meal, and I give it a big fat 0.

I received Copper Chef as a gift. I did fried chicken for the first time on a brand new smooth cooktop and the outside "copper" coating melted and scraped onto my cooktop. I was very surprised and disappointed. It cooked well, but I don't trust the product.

Hello, I am a father of two that enjoys cooking for my children. When I first saw the Copper Chef pan, I was very excited. It lived up to the bill for about three months, and now it is as bad as the other pans out there. Food sticks to the pan, there is smoke everywhere when you fry bacon, and it is a nightmare to clean. I was excited to see the expansion with the 12-inch pan and the deep frying pan. But now I am grateful that I did not make those purchases.

I have treated this pan on several instances. Never has it been an "eggs sliding" experience EVER. I even bought the lid to this square pan. I have read other reviews where people were extremely satisfied. Just wondering if a bad batch was made? I would never recommend this product to anyone. I had eggs tonight, and this pan is still soaking. Terribly sad product.

The Copper Chef products do not work as advertised. It's a shame Americans are subjected to many companies like this that just fail to deliver the performance advertised. I'm surprised the company hasn't been hauled into court over this. I've seen comments that these pans are just painted aluminum, not copper. One ad shows the cook gleefully rolling eggs out of a pan and on to a plate. Ha!
I got one that after a week's use is stained, and I'm wondering what to do since these are not copper. I'm thinking the garbage will be the solution. Just think of all those pans being thrown out. They'll be around for a thousand years. So they are an environmental problem as well as a waste of your money. Sad!

I didn't have it a week, and it scratched. I didn't even use a metal utensil in it, and everything sticks. I wouldn't recommend it; it isn't worth the money I paid. I know of at least three other people who have bought them and have found they stick also and they are not satisfied with it either. I bought mine from Walmart. I am very dissatisfied, and the bottom is hard to keep clean.

I purchased three of the XL pan sets from QVC in December for myself and my children. The first couple useses we all raved about the pan. Now we don't even use it. They all stick. I can't cook even a grilled cheese or fried potatoes. I would NOT buy another Copper Chef product and wish I had checked them out first.
