Total cost of the product I ordered was $39.98, but shipping and handling was $31.96. I received a card in the mail from them that I could cancel my order since it was two months since I ordered and never received the product. Two days after receiving that card that, the product arrived.

The knee sleeves are a complete piece of crap. There is no real compression (yes, I have the correct size). It has about the same level of compression as a dress sock. I wish I had done some research on this before I was dumb enough to buy. Now I'm out $15 for S&H plus the $5 it will cost me to return.

Should have known that it was a scam with Brett Favre as their spokesman.

I called them and I tried to order the Copper Fit. Then all they wanted to do is sell me all kinds of other things and charge it to my credit card. I would say they are a fraud and just want to take your money. It's a scam, look out people.

My knees were killing me so I bought the knee Copper Fit. The pain halved the moment I put them on, but they won't stay up. I know I purchased the right size for my legs because the fit is very snug. I just have to sit when I put them on because if I walk ten feet they start to move down my legs.

Did a web order and called up right away to change it. Was told to call back in 2 hours after they received it. Called back was told to call back in 3 hours because they hadn't received it yet. Called back next morning and was told order had already gone through and was shipped and that I couldn't change it.

I ordered back brace and was told it would be here last week. Now they say it is out of stock and will be 2 to 6 weeks. And I just saw their ad on TV.

Run as fast as you can from this company! They are scammers with zero regard for customers. Your money is all they want. Their website mysteriously adds items to your order that you did not even look at. Their "P&H" is quadruple the amount of your order. When you realize you are being "had", you cannot delete or change your order. On the phone they are rude and flippant. How do they even stay in business with these fraudulent, unethical practices? Save yourself a major headache & stay away from them.

Order one knee sleeve. Their system charged me for two knee sleeves and charged me $31 dollars in S&H. What a rip off. I regret ordering it online, but the stores do not carry the 2 XL size. Cooper Fit is rip off.

The product may be somewhat helpful, but the online cost and shipping charges are ridiculous! If you really want one, buy it at your local drugstore! The telephone operators are also rude and not helpful what so ever.

I have a few items from them. I ordered two back supports on February 15th, 2015. I had to call them today on March 3rd, 2015 only to find out that the product would not be shipping until 31st of this month. There was no proactive email from them on the delay. It's really taking 45 days for the delivery while they are running T.V. ads for the same product.

The company has a no-care attitude, as if they are doing you a favor by letting you purchase their product.

I call the number from an ad I saw on TV and wanted to order two back braces. What I got was a recorded voice that added sleeves I did not ask for nor want. Then they signed me up for magazines I did not want and was going to charge me over $19.00 every month. I assume it was for the magazines I did not ask for or want. You are welcome to call me anytime at 573-359-7485. However, I do indent to contact the inspector at the General Attorney's office and have this matter looked into if I am charged a penny.
