Waste of time.

By Chris ,

I have watched all the ads and ran into the back brace at Walmart, so decided to try it. I have always had back issues so I tried this for now 2 months and it has done nothing. It curls up on me and has no effect on how my back feels. Do not buy this product.

Copper Fit is a Rip off

By Timothy White , Mt. Pleasant, SC

Copper Fit is a complete rip off. They will charge your card with exorbitant shipping costs even when you don't complete an order and check out. The product also is cheaply made and doesn't work.

And It's extremely difficult trying to get your money back.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Rip-off and a waste of money.

By Norman , Cleveland, OH

This is a rip off and the customer service was horrible. I tried to exchange for a new one as the original one ripped. I wanted to exchange, not return. I was told no because 30 days had passed. It didn't work anyway and shame on the quarterback (can't recall his name) for endorsing this Copper Fit back rip off!

Stay away

By Wayne , Maine

This thing does not work. I bought the knee brace and it does not work, it bunches up so that claim is false.

Expensive Fail

By Vicky Stevenson Sechler, Florala, AL, Verified Reviewer

I have issues with my joints. So all the hype of Copper Fit had me intrigued. I ordered sleeves for my knee, ankle, elbow and glove for my hand. I should have known that whenever something sounds to good to be true, it's not. What a waste of money. They show all these athletic adults and working class adults that use these. Not children or tiny people. The sleeves I ordered were so small that they basically cut off my circulation. Anyway this was again another expensive fail that I had to here my husband say, I told you so. They need to update there commercial too. They say you can only buy this online, well I found their products in Walgreens Drug Store, as seen on TV isle.

Horrible refund policy

By Donna , Jefferson City MO

I went with the buy 1 get 1 free, only pay shipping and handling. They were too tight for me, so I immediately returned them. I paid extra to insure the return as Copper Fit requested. I get a notice that I am only being credited with the 19.99, not the additional 22.00 charged for S/H. What a rip-off! Buyers beware.

Sorry I had to ever deal with this company

By Rick Weatherston, Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I bought two orders of foot/knee/elbow braces through Groupon. When I did this, I was on the Copper Fit website and purchased some back support. When the Groupon order finally came in and i tried it out, the elbow sleeve ripped right away. The ankle is poorly designed and so far the knee is okay, I only used three times. I've began noticing complaints that on Groupon they show the Copper Fit logo printed on the sleeves, yet the ones I have contain logo. Are they selling a knock-off?

On the order I placed myself through their website I received a confirmation indicating that they will be shipped but they had the address wrong. I game them the right numbers but they scrambled them for some reason. I asked them not to ship anything but they told me it's too late since they've shipped it and that I would have to send it back once I receive them. How can I ship them back if I never got them? They don't care so the fight is on.

Total crap

By Cynthia Doahons , Boston, MA

Copper Fit did nothing. It's made cheaply and the copper they say they put into it does absolutely nothing. To prove my point, duct tape a dozen pennies to your leg. It is laughable that this product hasn't been banned by the FTC because I think it's pure junk.

Their return policies should be outlawed. They keep the shipping and handling charges so you end up with half your money stolen. Don't ever fall for companies that use the tactics Copper Fit does. They make money even if all of their products are returned. It's sad how companies like this are allowed to stay in business. But sadly, idiots who blather on about the 'free market' and 'capitalism' are essentially screwing their fellow man because they are the ones supporting businesses regardless of how corrupt they are.

Scam

By Louis Rossignol , Kenner, LA

Brett Favre should be ashamed of himself. I hurt my back, and sent my son out to buy one of these, then found out it did absolutely nothing. So the next day I had to send him out again to buy a real back brace that actually supported my back.

Buying Copper Fit actually caused me an extra day of pain.

It's not as advertised

By Vincent Dipentima , Deerfield Beach, FL

I've seen the ad on TV with Brett Favre. Well, the belt he's wearing is about twice the size of the one I received (not the waist, but the height). The one I got is flimsy, offers little support. When I first put it on, I put it over a white workout shirt: it turned the white shirt red where the belt was worn. It also took weeks to get it. It's a joke.

No benefit

By Steve Souders , Spring, TX

No support whatsoever for lower back pain, particularly when sitting for long periods, driving, flying. Not worth returning because of shipping. The ones at your local store for $25 will provide much better support.
