I ordered back brace and was told it would be here last week. Now they say it is out of stock and will be 2 to 6 weeks. And I just saw their ad on TV.

Summary
Copper Fit claims to use the powers of compression and copper to give you pain relief, help you recover faster, and reduce your risk of further health complications. However, the copper fibers might be more promotional hype than help.

The product may be somewhat helpful, but the online cost and shipping charges are ridiculous! If you really want one, buy it at your local drugstore! The telephone operators are also rude and not helpful what so ever.

I placed an order for a copper back fit and it's been over a month now but I have not received it yet although the money was taken from my account. I simply want and need my money back.

Do not order online. The customer service department is one person. The website is misleading. They over charged me. I had no way of editing my order. It submitted my order without me entering the submit button. The free one is already factored into your order if you want it or not. A total scam. They should be a shamed. And customer service is telling me that an order placed online at 1am already been shipped by 6am and they don't open till 8am. Please...

Copper Fit is a complete rip off. They will charge your card with exorbitant shipping costs even when you don't complete an order and check out. The product also is cheaply made and doesn't work.
And It's extremely difficult trying to get your money back.

This product has helped me a lot. I had really bad knees because of miles of running on high school track team. But Copper Fit has helped me get through my winter and spring season of track without pain on my knees. The only complaint I have is how it rolls down sometimes, but other than that, Copper Fit helped me out in track and it's still helping me out by getting me through summer training of cross country. I don't know much about the ordering process some talked about, but I would totally give Copper Fit a chance. I know it's not for everyone, but once again give it a chance.

I have spinal issues, diabetic neuropathy, and other nerve damage. Frankly I have enough Copper Fit gear to armor myself head to toe. I swear by it, especially the socks. The pain I feel without them frankly is enough to jolt me out of bed and keep me up all night. Compression or copper, I don't give a hoot, it works regardless.

They have a confusing website that will not indicate the extra pair promised. So, when you update your item to indicate two items, it automatically completes your order for two pairs. This is without clicking a submit button.
Also, you call customer service, and they tell you that you have to wait for three hours to four days for processing to reflect in their system, only to receive debit the next few hours and being told that your order has been shipped. Now your shipping and handling in not refundable and you will have to pay some money to ship it back too.
Everything was designed to make sure they get money out of you.

I will echo verbatim what the others have written, their website is fraudulent, doesn't follow acceptable Internet commerce norms. The shipping is extremely expensive for a cheap, light, bubble envelop sent via USPS. After ordering and realizing the scam of double charging, I kept receiving several calls per day from an 866 number, never a message. After several of these I called the number and found it was copper fit and they were continuing the scam by sending something else to me, free for two months, then I'd be charged unless I canceled. I screamed over the insistent telemarketer than I did not want it nor did they have my permission to send. Terrible company, should be shut down. Wish I read reviews first.

This company is unethical and a rip off. I just got off the phone with customer service about the exorbitant P&H charges. With each item there is a P&H charge. I order two items; so in their mind there are two P&H charges. I will probably receive my order today and I will guarantee that they were shipped in one package. So, in my mind they charged me twice. Total P&H, I was charged $31.96 for one package. If you do order this product, do so by phone and go over the P&H charges with them.

Do not buy this product. All you will be doing is throwing your money away. You can get a better product at Walmart.
