Copper Fit

I like this product, but I think for bigger boned people, the wrist armband (where it goes around the wrist and forearm), needs to be an XLarge, and the part around the hand it needs to be a Large. I bought one for my wife, and it fits perfectly around her forearm but doesn't fit her hand (it's too big). I just want to find where to suggest it to them to see if was possible to make it like what I described.

As a 275 pound bicycle nut I have used COPPER FIT for ankles, wrists and left knee. Absolutely no help for my arthritis whatsoever was noticed. The products were poor fitting at hands and the ankle support slipped as I pedaled and not because of incorrect sizing. The copper infusion is a sales only ploy and the only products that worked correctly were my prescription for elbow and ankle and hand wrist. After corrective surgery I no longer need those unless gym training on cables...

I bought two pairs of Copper Fit compression gloves size Small. Within the first week the strap started ripping from the scene, I couldn't even tighten it that much because then I would cut off the circulation so they're free loose, then the fingers started to fray. I bought another pair as I was so desperate for relief, gloves at $29 each, I'm on a fixed income so quite pricey for me. They did relieve some of the tingling and numbness and reduce swelling. I'm going home from Walgreens and Rite Aid and Walmart, I can't afford to keep buying, appears every two weeks, two a month, I only wear them to bed so they should not be wearing that quick and ripping at the seams. I have the same problems with every pair I've bought. I would like to be replaced or reimbursed as I went back to the stores. Because I had one of them they would not take them back, this is not fair, so where do I go to send these products back for my warranty and guarantee?

On July 18th I ordered my mask from this company. I was told 2 weeks ago that my order was being sent out. But wait, there's more. When I ordered these products it said they were available, to only find out 2 days later they were out of stock. Then I get a call from a manager saying she was sending my orders out. Two weeks later nothing...no calls from the company. No package from Copper Fit. Hmm...on the phone again. This time they tell me it will be at my door on August 9th. Guess what, no package from Copper Fit. Looked at my tracking for the 4th or 5th time at this point. August 13th. I have tried to call the company and they hung up on me. Three times. I am so upset with this company, I will not order anything else. I've been lied to over and over with this company, even managers will tell you what you want to hear just to shut you up and get off the phone. Tommie Copper, you will be my new supply company.

I have ordered twice off the Copper Fit website and their junk is coming from China. It takes two months to get your products and they debit your account ASAP and others have said they never get their stuff. I ordered shirts from another company, they don't let you know ahead that it is in China until your order goes through, that was last year and I never got one shirt and no refund. Be careful and do not get ripped off. I will never order from Copper Fit again, still waiting on my compression socks. China trash!

I can't tell you about the Copper Fit Back Pro I ordered because I've never received it.

A very rude, sniveling girl on the customer service line claimed she could find neither my telephone number nor the order number in the system even though they've long since taken the money from my bank account.

I would strongly advise not ordering from this company because they're obviously not a legitimate online business.

I purchased my elbow sleeve from Collections Etc. It has been worth every penny I spent. I bought one for myself and one for my daughter-in law. She loves her's, also. I put it on and it was like night and day. The pain was gone and the swelling in my elbow, wrist and hand was dramatically reduced. It was the first time in over a year that I had a good nights sleep. Thank you.

Marie in customer service answered my call in 2 rings. She was pleasant and professional and took care of my issue to exchange the product to a different size immediately.

The reviews here are opinions and too extreme on one side at best. Obviously, these people who had such a hard time with customer service didn't CALL them. You can't please everyone I guess.

I bought the elbow sleeves for my husband who suffers greatly with pain and they totally work. He is very satisfied and I will be sending for ones for his knees now! Thank you.

I love my knee copper fit. The pain was so bad before that it went from an eight to a one on the scale. Then I went to the socks as well. I love them and because of that I will give them an 8 out of 10. I have no complaints. When I don't wear sleeves, it becomes very painful. Thank you Copper Fit.

Please read all of the reviews, particularly regarding shipping and customer service prior to ordering. I didn't at first and now really regret that.
