Summary
Copper Fit claims to use the powers of compression and copper to give you pain relief, help you recover faster, and reduce your risk of further health complications. However, the copper fibers might be more promotional hype than help.

A co-worker gave me a knee brace after complaining about my knee hurting at work. It seemed to help within the first hour of wearing it (despite that it was a medium and I had to stretch it out on a coffee can for three days before I could fit it up my leg without feeling like my circulation was being cut off). So I wore it for the next three days only at work. After I took it off, the third day I noticed a red ring around my leg, I assumed was from being tight. The next day the ring began to itch, so I did not wear it again. Three days after taking it off, the ring is still there and itches like no other. It burns and stings so bad. After reading another review, I believe it may be an allergy to the silicone. I don't know if I will be wearing it again even though it seemed to be helping my knee pain.

I too went on to order 1 only and it charged me for 2 and outrageous shipping costs. When I hit to update order it put the order through. I contacted customer service ASAP but was told order was already processed. They offered me $4.00 off - big deal. Now I'm out $79. Terrible company, lousy customer service.

I have a few items from them. I ordered two back supports on February 15th, 2015. I had to call them today on March 3rd, 2015 only to find out that the product would not be shipping until 31st of this month. There was no proactive email from them on the delay. It's really taking 45 days for the delivery while they are running T.V. ads for the same product.
The company has a no-care attitude, as if they are doing you a favor by letting you purchase their product.

I ordered online over a month ago. Within three days, I received phone calls from Copper Fit trying to sell me all kinds of other stuff and offering me "FREE STUFF". They tried to get me to give my Credit card info to them again (OVER THE PHONE) to verify that I ordered it. They also wanted other personal info. I told them it sure sounded like SCAM and hung up. Either they sell your info to other companies or they are just bugging you. I haven't received the product either. If they are Legit then their customer service sucks.

I went online to get one knee brace and the ad says you can get two for the price of two + shipping and handling. Well I was walking the isles of my local Walgreens and found them for $9 each and I paid $19 for 1 + 1 free and $11 dollars for shipping. So for $31.00 I got two knee braces, only needed one but one for "free". At Walgreens I would have paid $18.00 + tax so bottom line is Copper Fit is a dishonest company. The shipping costs are around $5.00 for two so they make it above the normal mark up and with an additional $7.00 if you buy online. Go to Walgreens and get what you want for a fair price, not a rip off on the internet.

This thing does not work. I bought the knee brace and it does not work, it bunches up so that claim is false.

I have had a back injury many years ago. I decided to try this and see. It helped some. But ones you buy in the drug store works much better. Maybe for someone who has a sprain, it may do something. Also got the knee brace. Did nothing except the top of it was so tight that it hurt. Useless.

I've purchased a few back braces and knee sleeves from Copper Fit. Nothing seems to last. The velcro on the back braces literally lasts a month or two tops. And I called customer service and the lady asked her supervisor if she can reimburse me or sent me another brace, and the supervisor said no. There are cheaper products out there that actually last.

There was already a problem when I made the order. They are charging me two instead of one, but I thought it's buy 1 get 1 free. It's hard to get costumer service and when I finally did and I was explained that I'm being charge for 2 pair which is 4 items (2 knee and 2 elbow, and what shocks me is the shipping and handling charge is per single item. That's about $34 and yet they are placed in one package, like 2 pairs of sock in a package. And if you're going to send it back to them, you are out $34. To make it worst the product suck. Not a good quality.

The size they recommended did not fit, I have emailed them at least 3 times asking how I can exchange them for a different size, I have received no reply.
It seems ok to take the money, but not have the professional integrity to stand behind their product.
