SCAM!

By Janice Reid , Canada

Wow! This process was horrible, the worst part was the refund. I won't go on about it, just want to save all of you thinking about purchasing this awful product the grief. Please save yourself. Next step is the BBB.

The three stooges

By John Spoulos , Toms River, NJ

Bret Farve and others swear by copper fit, or at least they are paid to say it. I found it to be a poorly made, over priced piece of crap. They charged my card 17$ which was extortion. I called to tell them I wanted the shipping charge returned. They returned the shipping, then two days later, sent me a return on the sleeves as well apologizing that they were sorry that I did not receive the item. What a bunch. The Three Stooges could do a better job.

Skin irritation

By Leslee Leaf , Redondo Beach, CA

I wore the Copper Fit knee brace for a few hours and developed a deep rash around my entire leg. That was five days ago and I still have it! It hurts and itches. I returned the Copper Fit back to Bed, Bath & Beyond, where I purchased it and they told me to call the company. I looked up their web site but didn't find a phone number. Now I might be looking at an expensive bill from a doctor!

Could be better

By Kyle , Geneva, NY

Great product for the most part. The fit is great and I can feel the compression on my knee. My biggest complaint is that it keeps rolling down my leg. The should have used something more than just silicon for grip and once that starts to roll its absolutely useless and you have to fix it every time it happens.

Total rip off

By Nancy , Pennsylvania

This company charges more for shipping and processing than the cost of the product. I tried to cancel the order immediately, and I mean within seconds but they refused and shipped anyway.

I felt no difference in my pain after wearing for a week and sent it back but they refuse to refund. They sent me an email confirmation.

Total rip off, another company with no integrity.

Dissasastified customer

By Betsy Fisher , St. Petersburg, FL

I was not happy with my online experience AT ALL. First of all, they offered the two for the price of one sleeves at 19.99. I ordered that special and was prompted that I would pay $7.99 shipping for first, then 3.99 shipping for second sleeve. So, I entered all of my credit card information. A screen came up telling me my total was about $63, which means they charged me for the second sleeve. I tried to get out of the app because this was in error. Next, I received email confirming my order. I never confirmed my order online. When I spoke with rep, they said I ordered two sleeves at 19.99, which I did not. They said they could do nothing, however once the product was received, that I could return the additional item, at my cost of course! Very dissatisfied with my overall experience.

Sorry I had to ever deal with this company

By Rick Weatherston, Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I bought two orders of foot/knee/elbow braces through Groupon. When I did this, I was on the Copper Fit website and purchased some back support. When the Groupon order finally came in and i tried it out, the elbow sleeve ripped right away. The ankle is poorly designed and so far the knee is okay, I only used three times. I've began noticing complaints that on Groupon they show the Copper Fit logo printed on the sleeves, yet the ones I have contain logo. Are they selling a knock-off?

On the order I placed myself through their website I received a confirmation indicating that they will be shipped but they had the address wrong. I game them the right numbers but they scrambled them for some reason. I asked them not to ship anything but they told me it's too late since they've shipped it and that I would have to send it back once I receive them. How can I ship them back if I never got them? They don't care so the fight is on.

OMG!

By Kim Butt , Hilliard Ohio

I am 52, with severe scoliosis, degenerative disc, and compressed nerves in my back. I was in constant pain, making everyday tasks difficult. I saw the back support at Walgreens, so I thought I'd try it. I have been virtually pain free for the last 3 days, doing things that normally would have me in tears! It works so well, that I went back and bought 2 more to use as back ups. I can't speak for everyone, but this has literally changed my life!

Will I ever get my order?

By Donita, South Carolina, Verified Reviewer

I have been waiting two months for my Copper Fit wrist support. I have called Customer Service three times to check on my order, and they are not very nice nor professional, and always have trouble finding my order. Now they say it is on back order, and it will be another two weeks. If I ever get it, I hope I can write another review saying that I recommend it.

No Back Support

By Enrique Aguila, New York, Verified Reviewer

I was expecting a tight snug Velcro fit and at least some back support. This doesn't offer any back support and only provides warmth and sweating. If you want back support and some back pain relief don't purchase this item. You get what you pay for. If you want real back support you will need to pay for it.
