Scam business

By Mehdi , California

I ordered Copper Fit Back five weeks ago, I called costumer service and they are still out of stock. They told me I'll get my order next month from today. Why do you advertise this thing everyday on TV when you can not provide it in your stock. I canceled my order but I'm worried about my credit card info on your online site. Your business sucks.

No Support

By Lee , Tampa, FL

Save your money. Virtually no support. What little elastic was in it was gone after wearing two times.

Poor quality back support

By L A , Michigan

Looks nice, felt nice, but second time wearing and the fabric is tearing where the Velcro is sewn on. Luckily, I didn't get the shaft on the shipping, mine was free and I'm not paying to have a replacement sent. I will call Visa and dispute this problem, if timely and proper solution not is found.

Copper Fit knee

By Anthony, Houston, Texas, Verified Reviewer

I have a cracked disk in my lower back and damaged L1 nerve (floppy foot). When I walk, I put additional pressure on my right and walk with a limp. This caused severe right knee pain. I could not exercise or walk for more than a few hundred feet. I tried all kind of knee supports and nothing helped. I was told that I'll need a knee replacement surgery soon. Bought a Copper Fit knee sleeve to try it out.

I only had it for a short while, but the same day I put it on my pain all but despaired and I walk with a barely noticeable limp. I'm back exercising five times a week walking briskly on a treadmill 20-30 minutes to warm up without any problem (no knee brace did the trick).

I'm 64 years young standing at five feet seven inches and 165 lbs and this product gave me a hope of getting back on my Harley again. I have no idea how it works since this is not the support that made all the difference, but it works for me. Take care.

No Copper Fit Back received

By Jo Lasal , Kendall, NY

I ordered the copper fit back belt In March, I received a reply on March 9th thanking me for my purchase. They charged my account for the belt. Since then, I have received nothing more from them. I have tried many times to contact them but cannot reach them. All e-mail attempts have come back as non acceptable. I want my money back.

Will the ever arrive?

By J Boehm , Wisconsin

We ordered a set of Copper Fit knee sleeves on or about March 4, 2015. As of March 21, 2015, we still have not received them. We received an email that they were shipped on March 7th. It cannot possibly take that long for shipping to our location. Did they do a fake FedEx shipping label? Because we have been tracking the shipment via the tracking number given in the email from Copper Fit. According to the tracking, the package did not move from Kansas City, MO from March 9 until March 19. Also, at that time, the tracking told us that the Post Office now has the just the information and not the actual package. When we saw this info, we made a call to Copper Fit Customer Service.

The CSR told us that the package would now be delivered to the Post Office very shortly. That was 2 days ago, and no delivery yet. We certainly do not understand how this can take so long when I can mail a letter from Wisconsin to someone in the Florida Keys and they receive it in a matter of a couple of days. It has now been 17 days since we placed the order.

Bret Favre should be ashamed to have his name attached to such inferior service. They have our money, but we do not have anything to show for it. With such bad service, we shudder to think what kind of product we will be getting.

I have bad knee pain

By Paul Isula, East Amherst, NY, Verified Reviewer

I bought this product with the hopes it would do as the advertising stated. This thing did nothing but make my knee hurt worse. How do these companies get away from making us believe them and have high hopes? I would do anything to alleviate the pain but stay away and do not purchase this product because it is a big rip off. There is no benefit to you in this other than making them rich.

The BOGO offer is also deceptive. They could fit the Copper Fit an envelope so they should not charge for the shipping and handling. I say this is a big fat rip off and they should be ashamed of themselves. Do not fall for this scam. You will send this back and be out and lot of cash or you can use it to dust with or clean with it as a expensive rag. Bunch of crooks.

Really bad service levels and a bad attitude.

By Frank , Phoenix, AZ

I have a few items from them. I ordered two back supports on February 15th, 2015. I had to call them today on March 3rd, 2015 only to find out that the product would not be shipping until 31st of this month. There was no proactive email from them on the delay. It's really taking 45 days for the delivery while they are running T.V. ads for the same product.

The company has a no-care attitude, as if they are doing you a favor by letting you purchase their product.

Scammers

By Jay , Miami, FL

Order one knee sleeve. Their system charged me for two knee sleeves and charged me $31 dollars in S&H. What a rip off. I regret ordering it online, but the stores do not carry the 2 XL size. Cooper Fit is rip off.

By Vincent , Norcross, GA

I ordered back brace and was told it would be here last week. Now they say it is out of stock and will be 2 to 6 weeks. And I just saw their ad on TV.
