They'll suck your bank account dry

By Karen A., Lindale, TX, Verified Reviewer

I ordered Crepe Erase. I went on a trip. There was a new box of what I thought was more Crepe Erase when I got home. But it wasn't. The company sent me two random products that I never ordered and then charged me for them. The company told me it was because I had a "membership" (which you automatically agree to if you take the advertised discount on any of their products). I have no idea what this membership entails because I never got a copy or found an explanation of it on their website. I wouldn't care if this product worked miracles (which it didn't for me), you don't swindle your customers. I would not recommend getting involved with this company.

Scam!

By Chelsey J., DeLand, FL, Verified Reviewer

I bought this product for my grandma. The second month they charge me even more, and I wasn’t even aware it was a reoccurring charge. It’s impossible to get in contact with customer service, when I finally did they said they would send me a return label so I can ship the package back, and it’s been four weeks now! I wish I would’ve read the honest reviews on this product before purchasing it! They are fake and phony, you would be better off buying a cheap brand from Walmart, not this crap! Do yourself a favor and do not buy this stuff!

Scam

By Patricia T., Ohio, Verified Reviewer

This company cons people. You order the product you use tell them no auto-ship, then they auto-ship it, then they want you to pay for it. I would never subscribe to a product that I never used. I called them and canceled it. I canceled the payment off my credit card. Warning, don't do this, it is a rip-off, and if it proceeds next I will get a lawyer.

Do not deal with that company!

By Inna P., Pompano Beach, FL, Verified Reviewer

No results after 30 days. The company makes it very difficult to cancel. They automatically ship and charge again within 30 days from the first purchase. When I tried to cancel, the answer was, "we will ship you a return label, which you will get in 7_10 days." Who does that? Usually, return labels are emailed! When I called back again a week later, the shipping label was not even shipped yet. So, they delay refunding you money as long as possible.

DO NOT get involved with this company!

Subscription fraud, do not buy!

By Mary O., Ohio, Verified Reviewer

I purchased one product one time and then started receiving (and getting billed for) products I did not order! My bank tells me the merchant has data that shows I signed up for a subscription, which I did not!

Now fighting with the bank and credit card company to have hundreds of dollars in transactions reversed! The merchant knows they are doing unethical things because they give you no way to get ahold of them!

The only info they attach to anything they keep sending (which I don't want!) is an invoice that has a phone number to their debt collector! There is no way to reach the merchant themselves because they’re not even honest about who they are!

If anyone ha succeeded in getting their money back from this subscription fraud, please publish info here so others like me, who got duped, can learn how to fix this! Thanks.

Scam, scam, scam!

By Nicole T., Texas, Verified Reviewer

Bought the promotional pack for a decent price. The next box came at almost $300 and I canceled because they did not send what was in the promotional box and had no indication this would be the actual price. Tried to return and they made my life hell trying to do so. The company will not let you speak on phone/they talk over customers (2x) and are rude and say they record in a threatening way. The product is just ok and not worth it. Do not invest in this crap treatment.

Pros and Cons

Extortion

By Loretta J. , Charlotte, NC

I tried Crepe Erase, paid my one-time fee. They charged my card again. I called and canceled, yet they charged my card again. I called again and explained once more what happened. I finally called my credit card company for fraudulent charges and they pulled back the payment.

They have sent multiple notices saying I still owe over $200, which I have already paid $400 for a few bottles of product and "free with intro offer" items.

Now, they have sent my information to a collections agency called North Shore Agency. Guthy Renker is whom they are saying is their client. Such a scam, these folks! We must fight it somehow collectively!

Definitely a scam

By Doug C. , Philadelphia, PA

Whether it works or not, the bottom line is if you decide to order it (and I don't recommend that), DO NOT give them your credit card but rather use PayPal and be sure to turn off automatic payments in your PayPal account for Crepe Erase.

Someone should take these crooks to court. I cringe every time I see the commercial. Jane Seymour should be ashamed of representing this product.

Don't waste your money on crepe erase.

By Lucinda W. , Nc

Crap erase, I have used this product every day for one year. It does not work. The scrubs they give you are a waste of money. You can buy much cheaper at Walmart.

I see no difference in my skin. I'm only 59 years old. The product does not smell nice. You end up spending over $1000 a year for nothing. No changes in the skin. So, in my opinion, I would not recommend this to anybody.

Does not live up to promises

By Sally Bigler , Las Vegas Nevada

I used this product over the summer months to try to achieve smooth skin that shows with summer clothing. I found it to be greasy, so I did hesitate to use it with expensive fabrics.

I used the exfoliant also and didn't think it helped.

The product temporarily "smoothes" skin as would any lotion or cream. I found no lasting improvement. I think Eucerin works equally well with my dry, aging skin (I am 57).

Also, the customer service was condescending and was a bit argumentative when I asked to return my last shipment.

Scam

By Jo Ann Siggins , Ca

They charge you almost $200 for two boxes and when you return the second one, they don't refund your second charge. Also it doesn't do much good.
