Today, after watching your product on TV I tried to place an order. I could not understand the lady that took my call. I had to repeat to her several times that I only wanted to try the offer on TV, and she (I think) kept talking and talking. When I told her, lady I just want to try the offer on TV and I do not understand what you are saying, she said, then we have to cancel your order. She had taken all my information credit card number etc and I have no idea if she canceled or not. My order that was for Agustina Dearmas. Please let me know the status or results of that. I understood that the special offer was for $39.95 plus delivery. I we'll be waiting for your response.

I found the product ineffective. I have refused the next delivery and am still being charged for it. I really should have known better. Again, be careful.

I'm in my second week of using Crepe Erase and have noticed ZERO change on my neck, arms, and knees. I'm really sad because I really wanted it to work. It does make me itch, so I guess there's something I'm allergic to in it. I don't know how long you have to wait to see improvements, but I don't want to spend a ton of money either. Anyone know?

I recently purchased both the cream and lip booster products at a cost of around AUD $150.

I found that both products are simply moisturizing products, which make grandiose claims and promises.

A semi-decent moisturizer and lip balm will bring similar results...if not better, for a fraction of the cost.

I would caution people against purchasing this product.

I did not find the product to live up to its advertising. I have much better moisturizers. They claim I had ordered a subscription, so I canceled it. I moved, and the last produce shipment was refused and returned, but they continue to dun me with bills for $140.98. I have even offered to pay the bill if they actually deliver the product I don't want, but they refuse. I do not trust them to actually deliver the product if I pay for it sight unseen. I am going to have my lawyer send them a "stop dunning me letter" and copy the Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

They charge you almost $200 for two boxes and when you return the second one, they don't refund your second charge. Also it doesn't do much good.

I was excited at first...arms and hands looked good, but it is something that has to be constant!

If you miss for any reason, even one night, the crepe is back. If your hands are in water...more crepe. For the price it doesn't really make a big difference...it's ok for a hand cream but there's a lot of cheaper hand creams. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I love this product but for $60.00 a month I don't feel there is enough for the full 90 days. And also my next shipment would not have included the free products that were included in my order, which makes sense I guess, those products were wonderful also. When I called to ask why the product only lasted 60 days instead of 90, I really got no where except she keep saying to use only a small amount. Again, that is all fine but the amount they say to use is not enough if you are doing more than one problem area, I feel the 90 days only last for 60 days. Maybe someone other than the girl I spoke with could help me with this please. The young lady was very sweet but could not help me. I did cancel my order on 6/1815 as I was out of product and would not receive another shipment until 7/30/15. Please help.

I received my initial shipment last month, and the next one is on its way at the full cost. I do see a difference. I like the scent.

I am 47 years old and am just beginning to see some slight aging issues. I'm trying to slow down the aging process, if possible. I do realize that there will be no stopping it! I would recommend at least trying the introductory offer at the reduced pricing. A phone call to cancel or make a change to the next shipment is necessary from there though.

I'm satisfied enough that I will likely try the eye or face serum on the next shipment, and it's also cheaper.

I have tried many products including Dr. Pericon's cold plasma. I Have only been using these products for a couple of days and I don't know what it has in it but the difference is incredible. Sometimes one thing works for one person and not for another. This one works for me. It's worth a try.
