Not Happy

By Matt B., San Diego, CA, Verified Reviewer

My wife purchased some of their products online on May 25th, 2018. They sent the product so the purchase was completed. We received a non-dated letter in the mail from them on 7/6/2018 stating that our credit card purchase did not go through and to call them with and use a purchase number that they provided in the letter. Thank goodness I had a new credit card issued last month since they were trying to charge my old card for more product. I called the number they provided and they lied and said my wife had ordered more product over the phone during end of June. I told her that it was a lie and they were scamming people and stealing money. She asked me to wait on the phone while she canceled my account. “ACCOUNT”, what account? She got back on the phone and said our account has been canceled with zero balance. I will report this situation but wanted to post this in case you are thinking of purchasing their products.

Not Happy

By Sheila Harvey, Santa Fe, NM, Verified Reviewer

This product turned my skin red and caused me to break out. I called and canceled before the next shipment date yet they still took money out of my account and sent the product. When I called back they said I have not canceled. They kept saying that they will send an email showing I canceled yet I have yet to see one. So I'm having to go to the bank to stop this and pay to ship the product back. This is not worth the hassle.

Doesn't work

By Jeanette Erwin, Illinois, Verified Reviewer

I have been using this Crepe Erase for over 30 days now, and I do not see any difference, and I certainly did not see any instant difference as they stated you would see. So if you don't want to waste your money, don't purchase it.

Do not order trial size offer

By Tina T., Wisconsin, Verified Reviewer

I only ordered the trial size to try the items. I did not like the products and did not order again, but another box came in the mail. I contacted the company and they said they canceled all future shipments. I continued to get shipments and I disputed with my credit card who said after investigation I signed up for a membership. I tried to cancel with the company again and I keep getting boxes. I have returned boxes and not gotten a refund. If their product really worked they would not have to continue doing these types of scams to make their money!

I think Crepe Erase is a scam

By Christina C., California, Verified Reviewer

I have been using Crepe Erase for one month and haven't seen any improvement. My skin still looks the same as it did before I tried it. I called the company up and wanted to send it back, and the man said the skin depends on the individual. He gave me until July 20th to return the product, but I am still returning it. Big joke.

Highly disappointed

By Susan M., Missouri, Verified Reviewer

I am disgusted how low people will go to pad their own pockets.

They pretend to be holier than thou, which is worse to me than a person than that robs a store, etc., but goes to jail for it.

I have used it for two months, absolutely zero results. I would have better results putting Vaseline on myself, and it's cheaper. Ladies, don't let these crooks fool you.

A scam

By Regina J Huffman , Roanoke VA

First, it was advertised as $59.95; to find out after ordering it was $59.95 for 3 months. It did nothing as to what it advertised. I have paid $180 for nothing. It's a complete rip off and a scam. You are wasting money if you buy this.

DO NOT BUY

By Arlene , Allentown, PA

Wanted to call Better Business Bureau. So glad I used a secure card. Company denied payment even though there was a 0 balance. THANK YOU! After telling "the woman" I only wanted to purchase the ONE order coming to a total of $48.95, I (thank goodness) got a call from credit card company telling me they charged my card over 36 times for a total of close to $1800! Tried (unsuccessfully - BIG SURPRISE ) to talk to a supervisor, but all 3 times, I was directed to a different site. Jane Seymour should be ashamed of promoting this product. What a SCAM.

Not worth the money in my opinion

By Maggie ,

I have been using Crepe Erase for two weeks now every night on my neck and see absolutely NO difference. I personally think this is just another beauty scam for us who wish to try to look younger.

I'm very disappointed.

So much for not getting sucked in

By Stormy Austin, Austin, Verified Reviewer

It is a scam. I was hoping it wasn't, but I got sucked in once again especially since Jane Seymour is one of my favorite actresses. Shame, shame! I guess if you are young and already have descent skin, it is great for moisturizing. It smells great also, but it hasn't done anything for the slight crepiness in my neck area. And if you compare the ingredients of the Introductory Exfoliating Body Polish to the Maximum Refining Facial Scrub, you will realize they are the same. The same goes for the Introductory Intensive Body Repair Treatment and the Maximum Ultra Hydrating Body Lotion. They just switched up the reading of the ingredients and thought we wouldn't notice. Hey, isn't that false advertising? I'm going to give them hell right now when I call and ask for a full refund.

Fragrance overwhelming

By Jill Ramsey, Virginia, Verified Reviewer

I really like the concept of taking care of the skin on the body like the face.

The texture of creams and lotions is heavy and dense in the jar but feels light on the skin. Very moisturizing. Body exfoliant doesn't have enough exfoliating ingredient to be effective. The product developers went way off track when they decided to add huge amounts of fragrance though. Besides not being a very nice smell, it is SO strong. The Restorative Facial Treatment has something in it that actually stings when applied.

As is, I will never order another shipment until products are reformulated without any fragrance.
