Customer service makes it very difficult to cancel. They will charge you despite requests to stop shipments.

The product itself is okay but not any better than decent brands available in stores for much less money!

I have been using Crepe Erase for one month now, just on my neck. I was trying to concentrate on one area to watch. Nothing. It looks exactly the same - it is a good moisturizer, but that is it. Sorry, I think it is just another useless project. If it works on one person, it should work on all.

I was really hopeful that Crepe Erase would work. But it did not. As a matter of fact, the more I used it on my arms, the worse they looked!

This company is a scam. Cancelled my account 8/19/15 and my credit card was charged on 10/19/15. Of course the stuff doesn't work. Be careful.

I haven't even received product but the ad on TV says a reduced price of 39.99. When ordering it was 39.99 a month for 3 months. I will be sending back. No where in commercial did it say for 3 payments. That is false advertising.

I ordered a pack of three for $65.00 and only got the cream. There is no return address. I feel that this is a scam. Nothing in the box except the cream and no order form or what I paid for this.

Celebrities endorsing this product should be ashamed of themselves. Crepe Erase doesn't work as promised and costs way too much. I was automatically shipped another order in 30 days.

The first time I called to cancel and get a Return Authorization number, I was hung up on. When I called back, I was given the "small print" version of the deal, since I ordered by phone they conveniently didn't mention the real terms. Going back, the only thing I found on their website was a 60-day money back guarantee (less S&H).

Save your money! Remember, there is a reason they put these infomercials on during the night, everything sounds good then and your brain is not at its best.

They keep billing you for a product that is not good. Then they tell you to return it but they will not send you a label and won't return your money without you using the "proper" label. It's a scam and they keep charging you for shipments not ordered.

I ordered the free trial and was promised the opportunity to return it within 60 days if not satisfied. I wasn't satisfied with the product and was preparing to return it within 3 weeks. The Crepe Erase company deducted another $50.00 from my bank account without my permission in just 3 weeks. This was contrary to what their statement in writing states that they will begin to re-order against my account in 12 weeks and debit my account after 12 weeks. They not only lied but refused to credit my account as if I'm some idiot or something. However, my bank challenged them and refunded my account. I'm now going to ABC, NBC, and CBS to report this SCAM and put this deceitful company on BLAST!
