I used this product faithfully for 3 months and saw no noticeable results. Sure, immediately after using the Intensive Hydrating cream my skin looked great but when I washed it off and didn't reapply, after the three months my skin looked the same as it was before. I started the daily routine of scrubbing and slathering my face and body with this product. I can get the exact same results from any Shea/Coco butter product at an 1/8 or less of the price.

I feel as if I scammed!

They lead you to believe you are getting the introduction kit, 6 items for $59.95. However, it's actually $59.95 a month for three months.

If you want to reorder, you can't get items you want, you are forced to order all six items or only the body scrub and butter. No custom ordering.

Don't waste your precious money of such a falsely advertised product. You will regret it.

I saw an ad on TV so I ordered the trial package but I received the deluxe package to the tune of two hundred dollars. I called them and was told to use it and if I was not satisfied to send back "bottom of the jar" for a full refund and it's been six weeks with no response. Yesterday I received another shipment from Crepe Erase, which I am sending back as "refused return to sender." What a rip off Jane Seymour​.

I am disappointed that Jane Seymour would promote a product that does not work. I learned my lesson. I will check the reviews before ordering a product. I cancelled my order and requested they removed my credit card number on file.

I actually used the product for several days. My first day is a bit not good. I feel itchy sensation over my body. I thought it was just at first or just a normal reaction, but it progressed throughout the day. I think I had an allergic reaction since my body went dry, itchy and very dull. For now I stopped using the product. Later that afternoon, I received my second batch of ordered items but I want to return it for the above reasons. We called them on the number which we got through television, which we first used to make an order, but she referred us to email. This is why I'm here. I hope you would consider my reason and you would address my concern in the soonest time possible. We will return the product since we didn't open it yet. Thank you very much.

First, it was advertised as $59.95; to find out after ordering it was $59.95 for 3 months. It did nothing as to what it advertised. I have paid $180 for nothing. It's a complete rip off and a scam. You are wasting money if you buy this.

They keep billing you for a product that is not good. Then they tell you to return it but they will not send you a label and won't return your money without you using the "proper" label. It's a scam and they keep charging you for shipments not ordered.

Crepe Erase did not do a thing but leave my skin with a heavy greasy film. You should be ashamed of your Jane Seymour for proclaiming that this product does anything at all.

I ordered the free trial and was promised the opportunity to return it within 60 days if not satisfied. I wasn't satisfied with the product and was preparing to return it within 3 weeks. The Crepe Erase company deducted another $50.00 from my bank account without my permission in just 3 weeks. This was contrary to what their statement in writing states that they will begin to re-order against my account in 12 weeks and debit my account after 12 weeks. They not only lied but refused to credit my account as if I'm some idiot or something. However, my bank challenged them and refunded my account. I'm now going to ABC, NBC, and CBS to report this SCAM and put this deceitful company on BLAST!

Product does not work and Customer Service not available to take your call to send it back. They sure are available if you want to ORDER the product.
