Scam

By Jo Ann Siggins , Ca

They charge you almost $200 for two boxes and when you return the second one, they don't refund your second charge. Also it doesn't do much good.

Crepe Erase is Dissappointing

By Beverly Robb , Fort Mill, SC

While Crepe Erase is OK but, from Jane Seymour's commercials it does NOT measure up to her over the top bragging about the results this product can bring to Crepey skin.

Rotten product, does absolutely nothing, 100% RIP 0FF.

By Nancy Cobleigh , Imperial, California

I saw an ad on TV so I ordered the trial package but I received the deluxe package to the tune of two hundred dollars. I called them and was told to use it and if I was not satisfied to send back "bottom of the jar" for a full refund and it's been six weeks with no response. Yesterday I received another shipment from Crepe Erase, which I am sending back as "refused return to sender." What a rip off Jane Seymour.

Just a Cream

By Katia, Miami, Florida, Verified Reviewer

I'm 45 years old. Disliking the couple of wrinkles on my knees, decided to order Crepe Erase. If it worked for those older ladies on the TV, "it has to work for me!"

I ASKED them, please not to put me on autoship and of course I received more creams and more charges. After much arguing they refunded me the charges and I decided to try the Crepe Erase until the cream was gone, along with the exfoliator.

I did everything it said, the exfoliation and rubbing the cream in a circular motion for up to 60 seconds. I have been using it now for almost 3 months and NOTHING. Not one change. It didn't even make it seem like it made wrinkles' appearance any less.

So I'm out of $60 and I got to keep my wrinkles. Live and learn. Not what I was hoping for.

Just greasy lotion

By Gayle, Denver, CO, Verified Reviewer

I, too, had great hopes of plumper, rehydrated skin. Just look at Jane! Sadly, what I got was a thick, greasy cream that was never convenient to apply. Who has an hour to hang out naked and let the stuff absorb? Also, just read that the real reason Jane Seymour looks so young, it is in her bio, identical HRT so I feel completely scammed. The good thing is that they do honor the money back guarantee. I did get all my money back. Man, I so wanted this to be the magic product that was advertised, but it's not even really a usable everyday moisturizer, just too thick and oily.

Crepe Erase

By Darlene Bachelder, Ohio, Verified Reviewer

I've used the product now for two months with NO change in my skin. I even ordered another 90 day kit and found the quantity skimpy. This is supposed to last 90 days, seriously? A 7.5 ounce tube of body lotion that you are supposed to use every day is supposed to last 90 days? The product is a scam and doesn't work any better than any good quality lotion. I am asking for a refund.

Sticky and unpleasant to use

By Beatrice Miranda, San Bernardino, CA, Verified Reviewer

Made absolutely no difference in my skin, at all. The consistent was awful (thick, sticky and just not pleasant to use).

The smell was also thick, sweet, and overwhelming. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Don't waste your money (I've bought better moisturizers at the drugstore for far less).

So I gave it two stars for false advertising (should have been one star, but they were responsive and prompt with my cancellation).

Shame on Jane and Melissa! Two thumbs down!

By Diane M., California, Verified Reviewer

I am 57 and decided to try Crepe Erase after seeing the moving TV testimonials from celebrities Jane Seymour and Melissa Gilbert as well as several teary-eyed customers delighted by their results.

Well, first off, these products contain all manner of chemicals and preservatives and the body scrub also has micro-beads which, while perhaps effective for exfoliation, get into our environment and our oceans and NEVER break down thus contributing to plastic pollution.

I want no part of this, and I am appalled that both Jane Seymour and Melissa Gilbert are willing to put their names to a product, which not only doesn't work (as promised), but also is very bad for our health and our environment.

Not quite what they promised

By Jackie R., California, Verified Reviewer

My 61-year-old arms and legs are all crepey, so I tried the Crepe Erase route. I noticed a slight change but not enough to warrant a continued subscription. I tried my own solution - a homemade shower scrub and a cocoa butter moisturizer - and the results were the same. When I called to cancel the subscription, Crepe Erase encouraged me to stay and provided me with a 'gift' of additional moisturizer and facial creams. I accepted the gift - moisturizer is a good thing. I did cancel several days later to ensure I don't get another subscription charge.

Not what I was hoping for

By Mary W., Rising Sun, MD, Verified Reviewer

I was excited at first...arms and hands looked good, but it is something that has to be constant!

If you miss for any reason, even one night, the crepe is back. If your hands are in water...more crepe. For the price it doesn't really make a big difference...it's ok for a hand cream but there's a lot of cheaper hand creams. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

NO MIRACLES HERE.
