Do not buy, does not improve skin crepe

By Denise , San Diego, CA

Warning, do not waste your money. This product did nothing, it is a bunch of grease that did not even absorb into my skin and I saw absolutely no improvement in the creepiness of my skin. Also, they lead you to believe that it cost just for $59.95, but be warned it is 3 payments of $59.95 and they automatically sign you up for future shipments. Run fast from this product and offer.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Shame on Jane and Melissa! Two thumbs down!

By Diane M., California, Verified Reviewer

I am 57 and decided to try Crepe Erase after seeing the moving TV testimonials from celebrities Jane Seymour and Melissa Gilbert as well as several teary-eyed customers delighted by their results.

Well, first off, these products contain all manner of chemicals and preservatives and the body scrub also has micro-beads which, while perhaps effective for exfoliation, get into our environment and our oceans and NEVER break down thus contributing to plastic pollution.

I want no part of this, and I am appalled that both Jane Seymour and Melissa Gilbert are willing to put their names to a product, which not only doesn't work (as promised), but also is very bad for our health and our environment.

Far too little product for the money.

By M. Wellborn , Los Angeles, CA

The product is very effective but the amount that you get for the money is absurd!

The initial shipment of 3.3 oz is supposed to last for 30 days. Really? Maybe if you want to do only a small body part. However, if you're looking to moisturize, say your arms and legs, it will last about a week, and that's using it sparingly.

Then of course you get hooked into the automatic payments while this company is making money hand over fist on something that probably cost less than $5 to manufacture.

I say skip it. Not worth the money!

Not what advertised on TV by celebrities

By Nelda S. Carroll, Dallas, OR, Verified Reviewer

I have been using this product for two weeks now, and while my skin feels more smooth, none of the "crepiness" has disappeared. My skin is 78.5 years old and considerable "crepiness" on inner thighs, upper arms, back of hands and lower legs.

My skin is very sensitive, and I have developed a red rash where I have used the Crepe Erase on my arms and hands and chest. I am going to stop using it and return, and I'd better get a full refund of the introductory price of $39.95.

The tub of Intensive Body Repair Treatment has the consistency of shortening and dissolves very poorly. I have used other over the counter creams with better results for smooth skin. Lotions will soften the texture of my skin, but nothing will bring back the once youthful elasticity.

The celebrities that were touting this product were in their 50's and early 60's. No one my age was advertising it and I see the ads on three or four TV channels almost daily.

Do not purchase this product. You will be sorry.

Bad news

By Della Shepherd , Idaho Falls, Idaho

This in my belief a big scam. I made one order for $59.95 with free shipping. I got the product, and a bill for 179.00 for further orders. Called and canceled, and will be returning the product. They still owe me $119.00 and I will have my credit deny payment. Beware buyers.

Crepe is a waste

By Cat Petrillo, Phoenix, AZ, Verified Reviewer

I used this faithfully for a month. Bottom line, all it does is feel greasy and does nothing for any issues. PLEASE do not waste your time and money! I started using Gold Bond neck and chest cream; the cost is $11.00 and works better!

Crepe Erase credit card scam

By Angela S., Ohio, Verified Reviewer

I ordered Crepe Erase in December of 2017 and got it before Christmas. I did not like the product and didn't see any results so called to cancel, and they said I missed the deadline by 12 hours, so they charged me $68.71. I asked to cancel all future orders, and I received an email confirmation from a representative that all future orders would cease.

On March 9th, 2018 I had a credit card charge of $68.71 and called immediately, and the representative told me that I had changed the frequency of future packages, that I did not cancel. I let them know I had an email confirmation and I did cancel. Instead of cancelling the charge, they told me I'd have to refuse the package for a full refund when I returned it.

The package did not get to me until the 15th of March and I refused it and returned it to the mail on the 16th of March. It is the 29th and there is still no refund therefore I called, and they just processed my package on the 28th. Now I've been informed that they will be returning to me $54.00 minus the $14.00 for shipping. I'm furious. Clearly, they had not mailed it the day they charged me, and it could have been canceled. And I had canceled, so they just stole $14.00 in my book.

I will be canceling my credit card so they can no longer do this to me since clearly an email confirmation is meaningless to the criminals that are running this product. Don't buy it because one, you can never cancel, and two, the product does not work.

Scam!

By Mona P., Smyrna, TN, Verified Reviewer

This is a scam! I absolutely couldn't wait to get this product. Don't waste your money. I have used this for several months, with ZERO results. Even though Melissa Gilbert and Jane Seymore endorse this product, it's still a rip-off. As a matter of fact, a few days ago, Melissa Gilbert was on Megyn Kelly morning show, speaking about the botox, plastic surgery and implants, that she has been doing. She never spoke about Crepe Erase contributing to her youthful appearance. I've had better products from the local retail. SMH!

Crepe Erase is a MOISTURIZER, not an eraser!

By Bon Quaintance, Reno, NV, Verified Reviewer

Because of the addition of Shea butter to this product (Shea butter is grainy and comes from the nut of the Karite tree in Africa), Crepe Erase does moisturize by sinking in deeper than other known nut butters, waxes, etc., thanks to to the fact that Shea butter does work its way into the top few dermal layers. HOWEVER, unless you live in a vat of Shea butter, you will not be purchasing a reliable product.

Save your money and buy some organic Shea butter, and a bit of beeswax, then melt them together at a ratio of about six parts of pure Shea butter to one part beeswax (use granules, they are easier to work with, but make sure they melt completely). You can add cocoa butter or coconut butter if you wish, but Shea is the power behind the moisturizing properties of Crepe Erase. Jane Seymour, SHAME on you!

Poor product and even worse customer service

By Kimberly , Macon, GA, Verified Reviewer

In February of 2016 my friend bought me a product called Crepe Erase. The product did not work so he canceled the subscription. No more shipments came but unknown to us products, were being shipped to an address in Mooresville, North Carolina. He appealed to Discover Card who agreed to investigate. A credit was issued based on the evidence of no receipt and shipping error of Crepe Erase.

However, now in the November statement, billing was reissued. This is fraud and the owners of this useless rogue outfit should be prosecuted.

Does NOT work

By Theresa Flexter, Ellisville, MO, Verified Reviewer

I tried/used this product for five months to give it an opportunity to work. It does not work. I used it according to all directions. I paid $70.13 a month for it. Then when I tried to cancel, they told me I still had to pay two more months at $70.13 before they canceled. I returned the last box I just got, so I will see if they will reimburse me. Do NOT purchase this product!
