I’ve had clear skin for as long as I can remember and then I started breaking out a few months before I turned 18. It was sudden, and very detrimental on my self-esteem. On top of having ance, my eczema started to flare up on my face after years of being dormant. I was prescribed a ton of different creams and ointments, and tried a bunch of different products that had helped in the past, but nothing was working. I simplified my skincare routine, cut out dairy, and I started to see improvements with my eczema, but not with my acne. I couldn’t apply any acne targeting moisturizes or facial scrubs/washes, because it would only exacerbate my eczema.

I slowly introduced the prescription into my routine by applying it every other day for about two weeks. I wash my face with a facial wash less frequently, two times a day at most if I work out, and only with water in the morning. I use a very simple moisturizer with 50 plus SPF in the morning, and pure whipped Shea butter before bed right before I apply my Curology prescription.

It has been two months, and it has worked wonders! I still have acne scars from popping pimples, but my face is clearer, softer, and my pores aren’t as clogged as they used to be. I was very pleased that there were no aversive effects given my history with sensitive skin. Everyone’s body is different, and acne is more than just skin deep, I’d say give it some time, stay consistent, simplify your skin care routine, and make some dietary changes if necessary. I would recommend Curology to about anyone I know who suffers with acne.

I’ve had acne for years that just won’t go away. I’ve tried so many different treatments and brands that didn’t really stick. But with this, I actually started seeing my skin clear up. I used to wake up to one or two new devils on my face, but I don’t (usually) anymore. If you do miss a day, though, it will mess up a bit. Plus, you’re contacted to see if it’s doing its job! You get great facial cleanser and moisturizer recommendations specifically for your skin type. All around great product. (I use a Clarisonic Mia 2 to get it really in my pores!)

I am really impressed by the Curology personalized Tretinoin product. It is a quality product with personalized service by a dermatologist, sold at a decent price, and it is making my 59-year-old skin smoother and my lines softer. My husband even noticed! I have tried almost every acne remedy under the sun, and I either didn’t get results, or couldn’t keep up with the excessive routine. I used Curology before and quit. Then I went to Proactiv and let me tell you, lol, Proactiv made me break out more and irritated my skin, but Curology is a formula made specifically for my skin, and it works. I haven’t had many horrible breakouts since I started it again two weeks ago.

Before I started using Curology, my skin wasn't terrible, but I also wasn't happy with how it looked. I am still in my teen years, so pimples are a given. I would always have a few good sized ones on my cheeks, my nose pores would get clogged, and my forehead would sometimes break out with smaller pimples, especially around my menstrual cycle. I completed the skin test online where it asked questions about what my skin was like and what I was looking to improve. It's amazing how a doctor made a formula, especially for MY skin. Whenever I had questions or concerns, someone always responded to me within a day.

Within 30 days of using the product every night before bed, my skin got noticeably better. When I say noticeably, I mean all those big pimples on my cheeks went away, and when I do get any pimples now, they are small and are completely gone within a day or two.

I also struggle with somewhat oily skin, and I noticed my skin started to even out and not go through big breakout cycles. What's crazy is I didn't change anything else about my routine. I still use the same face wash, moisturizer, and make-up. I know this product works because it's the only thing I've changed about my skincare routine!

If you are using the product, make sure you give the product enough time to work and let your skin adjust to it. It took my skin about 30 days, some people might take longer. I PROMISE it's so worth it! I was hoping this product was one of those well marketed but poor quality products, I can guarantee you it's not!
