I was not seeing results so I stopped my orders, instead, they postponed it and continued shipping and charging me 2 months later. I even sent an email before the product was shipped but instead, it seems after I caught the order before it was shipped they rushed it out to keep the purchase. I sent them an email to not send me the product and an hour later I get a notification it was shipped. I will never deal with this company again, it does nothing an over-the-counter cream won't do. Nothing special and dirty sales tactics. Also, the bottles are made to look like you got more then you have. 80% fluff packaging and even using as recommended, results won't last you the specified time frame and you're unlikely to see results using minimal amounts. Bad for the enviroment, bad for your wallet, bad for your face.

I am four days into using the prescription medication from Curology, so it hasn't been quite long enough to see any results in my skin. It did seem to be a bit brighter today but, to remain subjective, I may also just be too eager for improvements at this point.

As far as the company is concerned, I am very impressed thus far. My assigned physician, Anna Ballard, PA-C, has been delightful and given me a ton of interesting, relevant, and helpful information. I've dealt with dermatologists and done my own personal research into acne for over 15 years now (I am 27 years old and have had bouts of cystic acne off and on since I was 11), so I am fairly well-informed. Based on my history I think the prescription combo I was given is appropriate, and I'm excited to see how my skin responds and how we can adjust the script as necessary.

The site itself is very well-done and easy to navigate. I appreciate that I can message Anna whenever I have questions or to update her on any skin reactions. After reading thoroughly through their help section and speaking with Anna, I can honestly say that I feel the people behind Curology are here to genuinely help and not just take our money. The entire program is centered around making physician-powered skincare accessible and customizable to each of us individually, which is subsequently very empowering. I believe it will be worth every penny.

I decided to try it after seeing videos about it on Instagram and YouTube. The process of setting up my account and figuring out what I needed was extremely easy. Afterward, a dermatologist messaged me and talked to me. I waited for my package to ship and it came within two days. Using it is incredibly simple, and I began to see results within a couple of days. I recommended this to my boyfriend, brother, mom, and coworkers.

I would like to share this because there might be people out there who can benefit from this. The product that (I think!) changed my life is Curology!

I used to have really deep painful huge acne cysts. I would not get a lot of them at once, but the ones I got were massive. I have been using the product for 4.5 months, and my skin has been clearer than it has ever been in my life for the last 3.5 months. Don't get me wrong, it is still not perfect, and I still have clogged pores and tiny things here and there which might never go away, but it is NOTHING compared to what I used to have. I went from applying heavy foundation religiously no matter where I went to not wearing any or wearing very little (like BB cream) makeup.

I have no interest in promoting this company. All I know is that over the past few months my quality of life and self-confidence increased tremendously, and if there is someone there who I could help experience the same, I would be happy.

I have had cystic acne since my sophomore year of high school. I’ll be thirty this year. And every year I wonder when my acne will just give up already! I have tried every product under the sun! But one day, an ad came up for Curology. I was skeptical and thought it may be a gimmick, but then I thought, what do I have to lose?

So I tried Curology, and it was the BEST decision I ever made! Emailing with the dermatologists really helped. They let me know certain products I was using were irritating my skin. I was using too harsh of chemicals for my face, whereas I thought the harsher the better to get deep inside my pores.

I have never been so happy with the results of a product before! It’s also the most convenient prescription I have had. I did not have to wait months to get into a dermatologist for them to give me a product that is not customized to me.

Bottom line, I just want everyone to know how great Curology is and if you are doubting it, don’t! Try it! It’s amazing!

A waste of money, no benefits or change to my skin in 10 weeks, still the same. And I’ve paid more than 100 bucks to this cheap scam. Don’t fall for it. I’ve emailed the dermatologist like five times and she says ok next time I’ll improve the medication in the bottle so ship it now and pay again $40 for the new two-month supply, which only lasts for one month.

I am really impressed by the Curology personalized Tretinoin product. It is a quality product with personalized service by a dermatologist, sold at a decent price, and it is making my 59-year-old skin smoother and my lines softer. My husband even noticed! I definitely recommend it, and I will definitely continue to use it!

I uploaded clear and bright photos of my acne from every angle in the broad daylight with no filters and no makeup on, and the customer service representative said she needed more photos in order to prescribe me the correct acne product. I couldn't have taken clearer or better photos. The ones that I sent showed my cystic acne clearly, and I told her that these photos were the best I had. She couldn't accommodate or work with the photos I sent her so I canceled my subscription and never even had a chance to try the free sample.

This was such a disappointing experience since the YouTube commercial of the female swimmer with the body acne was so convincing. I was so excited to try out this product since nothing else has helped my terrible cystic acne. This was one of the most uncommunicative and strange interactions I've ever had with a company. The least they could have done is whipped up something for my acne based on my written description and the photos I sent them and let me try the product out. I am 16 years old. I've always struggled with acne and especially now with all the stress for college applications and all that BS, I've been getting a ton of pimples. I was scrolling on Instagram like I do every single day. I kept seeing my favorite YouTuber, Emma Chamberlain, with an ad on it for Curology and got interested in it. Then my friends told me that they started using it and their skin cleared in a really short amount of time. I decided to give it a shot so I got the free trial. The free trial made my skin go super clear and made me feel so confident that I stopped wearing foundation. It has been almost one month since I started Curology and I've never been happier with my skin.

Online companies all have their shady sides that might leave you wondering the legitimacy of the products that they sell. I happened to not like the way customer service was handled. After using their product for about a month, I decided that this wasn't going to work for me. The fact that they don't have a reviews page on their website makes it all the more sketchy. And communicating through an email-only basis also arose some questions. Also, the No-Refund Policy made me raise an eyebrow, even before receiving the second shipment I had emailed about a refund to get my money back before I receive the package. But they simply gave me some vague Food and Drug Act and said that they won't give me back anything.

I used Curology for many months with high hopes. I switched to the $40 bottle and was receiving it all the time. I felt it might have been fixing my skin for a month, but soon turned back to how my skin was before. I kept up with it hoping it would only take time for it to work. Months go by and money is taken as nothing seems to change. The only change I notice is the face that my skincare provider changes multiple times. This frustrates me as many different people now have seen these pictures of me and my information without me having a say. I then have a change of circumstance and have less to spend on medication. I postpone the shipment and my skin remains the same. After a few postponing sessions, I realize my skin is clearer after stopping Curology. That is when I receive a text that my shipment of $40 has been completed and I had a tracking number. I was so upset and distraught over this as I had received no warning at all prior to this. $40 is nothing to laugh about for a product I WILL NOT USE! I contacted Curology and they did nothing to help me, other than to postpone my NEXT shipment. I told them I am disgusted and will not be returning at any point in the future. This has been a waste of my money, time, and skincare. You can have better results with a drugstore brand cleanser.
