Money back guarantee.

By J. R., Dothan, AL, Verified Reviewer

Please make sure you read the money back guarantee carefully. Not as good a deal as Dinovite makes it seem. My dogs hated this and would go hungry instead of eating it. I tried every trick they suggested, and it did not help.

Dinovite for large dogs

By Sitzman, Iowa, Verified Reviewer

I would never use this product again. My dog refused to eat it for ten days! He even got into the garbage, which he never did before, probably because he was starving! So I then tried hiding it in peanut butter bread. And guess what? It still did not do a thing. So I requested a refund. Not only did I have to pay the return postage, I also have to wait 30 days for my refund. What a waste of 100 bucks!

Rip off

By Terri N., Ohio, Verified Reviewer

An unconditional guarantee is just that...oh, but wait, there isn't any such thing. There is one guarantee on the package and another on the website. Please be cautious when doing business with this company.

Costly lesson learned.

My pets won't touch their food with Dinovite in it.

By Dotty H., Napa, CA, Verified Reviewer

It may be terrific stuff, but I have thrown out every bowl of food that contains Dinovite as both the dog and the cat won't touch it. It's expensive and with the food waste, it's even more expensive. I followed the directions introducing a bit at a time, but they won't be fooled. I feel misled as none of the ads mentioned how horrible it must smell to a sensitive pet nose. There is a 90-day return policy and I'm going to send it back.

Not sure it helps

By Dan, Florida, Verified Reviewer

Our 11-year-old Golden Retriever started looking weak; excessive hair loss, lethargic, noticeable weight loss, hot spots, and gooey eyes. The vet put her on antibiotics and steroids.

She got better for a while, and then we started on Dinovite. She seemed to respond but wouldn't eat it. I cook whole organic chickens, carrots, sweet potatoes and broccoli and mix with her dry food and Dinovite. What we noticed was a "phlegm" in her stools that almost looked like intestinal tissue. It came and went and she began to regress.

Three weeks ago we stopped the Dinovite after she had a major accident in the house. EVERYWHERE! I began to give her half a teaspoon of virgin organic coconut oil with each meal and cut back on the total food intake. She looks AMAZING! Her weight has increased noticeably. Her coat looks good, there are no hot spots, and she wants to play all the time. Try coconut oil. So inexpensive and we use it ourselves.

I can't say anything negative about Dinovite, but this seems to be working. Will keep you posted.

Dinovite caused pancreatitis and diabetes in my Miniature Schnauzer

By Doug H., Lebanon, OR, Verified Reviewer

Please do research on the High Chicken Fat supplement. Within 2 weeks of using the lick chops supplement my Schnauzer lost 5 pounds, was weak and sickly, drinking excess water and urinating many times during the night. Turns out the high fat triggered Pancreatitis, which led to Diabetes. Needless to say, I quit using the supplement and my Oskar is now in two insulin shots daily.

Good luck

By Chris F., Wyoming, Verified Reviewer

I’ve been trying to get my dog to enjoy eating Dinovite for some time now. Impossible. Dogs naturally hate this stuff. First, the company sells you on how great Dinovite is and then they ask you to change to canned food as well as ask you to buy more of their products to help make it eatable for your dog. My advice to anyone considering trying this product is to simply buy the best dog food you can afford and throw an egg or some olive oil in with the food once in a while. We don’t eat food that we hate, why should we make our dogs eat food that they hate? Good luck to anyone trying this product!

Comments from people who haven't used Dinovite.

By Nancy Lie-Winters , Carrollton, TX

I've used Dinovite for my little Maltese for about 4 years now. He is 10 years old and a fairly picky eater who wouldn't eat dry food ever. I bought hundreds of dollars of different foods and tubes of vitamin supplements to keep him healthy. He developed a tummy rash about five years ago and I was putting things like diaper rash cream, wound cleaner, etc. and it worked but I was afraid of him licking things like that. I tried Dinovite and while he is starting to show signs of slowing down for his age, he is smart, clear eyed, hears well, perky smart and alert. He loves the food I make for him but my security blanket is the Dinovite. The article from the man who never used Dinovite is rubbish. He contradicts all who gave testimonials but has nothing but acrimony for those of us who actually see differences in our pets. I signed on to re-order Dinovite and I bought three boxes last Christmas for my family members to use on their aging dogs. I would definitely recommend.

Not for picky eaters/expensive and difficult to return

By Tina, Los Angeles, CA, Verified Reviewer

My Dobermans turned their noses up and wouldn't eat it in their food. Even the puppy, who eats anything, wouldn't touch it.

The site is difficult to navigate, and they made it difficult to return. I have to pay return shipping. Let's see if they give me my money back.

Saved my cat

By Rachael Ramirez, Texas, Verified Reviewer

I just want to thank y'all for making this product, Dinovite. Our Long Haired Russian Blue, Fuzz, is a geriatric cat, 18 years old. She gets seasonal allergy sores and threw up all the time. She was so skinny (3lbs) that the two steroid shots the vet gave her were so debilitating we couldn't put her through that again. I heard about Dinovite, and we thought, what could it hurt? She was already sick. This product changed her life.

I have read a lot of testimonials saying their cats do not take to Dinovite. From the first time we put it in her bowl, a little Lickochops, organic dry food (she can't eat wet, or she immediately vomits, we tried the Dinovite with it, to no avail), and she LOVED it. Scoop with a drizzle of Super Omega, dry food on top, drizzle of Lickochops, and she is in heaven. She gained weight (5 lbs now!), had less shedding, less vomiting, and no sores. Overall, a healthy 18-year-old cat!

We ran out of Dinovite last month (bad cat parents), and for the days before arrival, Fuzz literally threw her food out of the bowl looking for her Dinovite. We still had Super Omega and Lickochops, so we thought we could fool her. Alas, she lost weight, hairballs, vomiting, lethargy, and "I hate you looks." The minute she got her Dinovite back, the food bowl GONE!
