Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend

Charlie Brown (12 lbs) likes his served warm. I used to serve it straight from the package and he was ok with it. Now I microwave water for a minute then put a couple of small scoops into the water, mix it, and scoop out the kernels onto a plate. I let it cool for about a minute and serve. It’s quick and he looks forward to it for breakfast. He has something else for dinner.

Food is loved by both my dogs. Older one seems to be more energetic. Coupe has a sensitive stomach and the 2 cups are not enough to fill her up. Food is too expensive.

We started Dr. Marty’s Nature’s Blend last month for our four-year-old dog. Our dog really loves this food.

I jokingly say Dr. Marty’s is like "doggie crack". My baby has been waking me up at the crack of dawn to have her breakfast. I feed her twice a day and she starts patting my leg if I’m late giving her her dinner. She never cleaned her bowl before. Now she licks it clean in a matter of minutes. The hardest part for her is waiting the 3 minutes for it to soften in the hot water. The only negative is that I just hope I can afford to continue feeding it to her. It’s pretty expensive.

My dogs love the food. My only question is: when I received my order it was supposed to have a manual with it? I sent an email saying I was looking forward to reading it, but it was not included in the order. I never got a response.

My 80 lbs Doberman ruby love it and her skin is clearing up. But I live on Social Security and can't afford it. Even mixing half and half with her regular food a bag only last 5 days. It would get 5 stars if it was more affordable.

I try to eat healthy and stick to a more natural diet. I was raised by a chemist who taught me to read labels - and only eat foods where I could pronounce all of the ingredients. While exceptions generally have to be made, it's a good rule of thumb I've maintained throughout my life. Why should it be different for my dog - especially when she can't communicate to me how she's feeling? I've been making her food for years, and while I haven't minded - it's so wonderful to have a product that's easy and I can still feel good about. I haven't honestly noticed much of a difference in her personality. The one thing I've been trying to figure out for a while is what is causing her to itch so much - I was hoping this would help but haven't noticed much of a difference. She does really love it though and is always super excited for her dinner!

Sampson, my Yorkie, 5 years old, loves his new food. He is more energetic, like a puppy again. His skin and coat are sleek. Most significant is that his eyes and the drainage he usually has are much improved.

That alone is so worth the change. Thank you so much. I not only will continue to order Dr. Marty’s food but I have given some to my brother and his wife for their Maltese Noah and he loves it as well.

I am so happy knowing Sampson is getting the best nutrition to keep him healthy and have the best quality of life.

My dog was suffering from really bad breath, although only 6 years old. My vet then recommended a teeth cleaning for Winston. I was skeptical that this would help, because I more so always thought the bad breath came from his gut. The teeth cleaning did not help.

I then searched for and tried different food. He already had been on wheat-free, now he ate gluten-free. There was some good improvement, but I still wasn't quite happy. Until I came across Dr. Marty's Nature Blend. I gave it a try. I also had ordered Tlily's Treasures, the treats. Within a week of gradually adding Nature's Blend to his gluten-free dry food, I had a completely bad breath free dog. And he seemed happier himself as well.

I not only feed Nature's Blend to Winston, also Lucy, my 17-year-old Chihuahua, loves Nature's Blend now and both are also craving Tilly's Treasures. Great success! Thank you.

I must admit that I was both hopeful but skeptical that my boy, Tank, would take to a freeze-dried food. What happened next was truly amazing! The first time I put his food bowl down I had mixed half of Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend with half of his regular food, as instructed. At first, he sniffed his food for a few seconds, then proceeded to eat and finish most of the food in his bowl. Pretty good, I thought to myself, but the real test will be if he eats Dr. Marty’s without his other food added. I must admit my only weakness is patience, so the next day I decided it was Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend by itself. If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes I wouldn’t believe it. Tank cleaned the bowl. My boyfriend came over with his dog, a finicky eater 100%. His dog’s vet has him cook her a special dinner of hamburger and rice just so she will eat! Anyway, she began eating Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend when she was at my house. Practically a miracle, I’d say. The really truly amazing thing that happened next is when we ran out it treats we would just hold out a single morsel of Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend (prepared same as food) and both dogs would continually come up to claim their treat! Do I believe in Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend? You better believe I do!

I thought the idea of a raw diet for my dogs was a great one, but I have neither the time nor the inclination to make it myself. I came across this food while researching "easy" raw diets and am very very happy I tried it. I have a 10-year-old 80 pound Lab/German Shepard mix and a 6-year-old 65 pound Golden Retriever. The 10-year-old was having hip problems, didn’t want to play anymore with the 6-year-old in the house or with toys (when they used to play endlessly every day) and didn’t want to jump up on the bed anymore because it hurt his hip to jump down, was having digestive issues even with limited ingredient food. He was really slowing down, we thought early for a 10-year-old. I started them both on Nature’s Blend and the ProPower Plus and it made a huge difference. First of all, they both love the food. Picky 10-year-old gobbles it up no problem every meal. Issues with acid indigestion, vomiting after meals (no cause vet could find except the acid reflux) are gone. 6-year-old’s coat is softer and glossy. But the biggest change is the energy. 10-year-old’s physical and mental clock has been turned back at least two years. It is very noticeable how much happier he is, no more hip problems, playing with toys and 6-year-old again every day, racing around our yard. I added the joint supplement, replacing the high-end ones I used previously, and there was still more improvement. Yes, this food is expensive, and we are lucky that we have the means to buy it for our dogs, but I would have paid any amount of money to have my 10-year-old be happier and turn back the clock this much. Highest recommendation!
