Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend

We have a 10-year-old male chihuahua that was diagnosed with spinal injuries by our local vet and the Washington State University Veterinarian school. They said that he would get to where we would have to put him to sleep soon. We found that with spinal massages and Arnica Montana that he was doing better but still having issues walking and getting around. He got overweight and that only increased the problems. We gave him Dr. Marty's freeze-dried food and saw immediate improvements. Now after two bags with one feeding per day supplemented with his weight-loss food diet, the old boy now acts years younger, walks and runs. The food has given us new health and a happy dog. We recommend it to everyone.

Our Maltese Shih Tzu mix, she never ate her food consistently. Sometimes one bowl in two days. Now she waits for her food at 7 pm every night and devours it. She seems to have more energy. Poops regularly. It's awesome.

From the first bowl my dog loved this food, I give it to her twice a day, morning and evening. I've never seen her eat dog food so fast.

Our two dogs, sisters who share an on-demand food station, took two days to renegotiate their eating etiquette after Dr. Marty's first bags arrived. Only when they realized this was not a temporary treat did the settled back into their routine.

The larger, with a history of incessant skin rashes exacerbated by two dogs licking at them, saw her hot spots clear in about 10 days of Marty's - both dogs are sparing of the kibble now.

Getting the water content right for our dogs' texture palate wasn't much of an issue, but affects the speed of ingestion.

I originally bought Nature's Blend in August in hopes of helping my dog, Sirus, diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer called hemangiosarcoma, basically a cancer of the blood vessels, he was given 30 to 300 days life expectancy.

I also just recently (in June) lost one of my pack to severe pain and crippling from arthritis she was 16 and my 6-year-old, Daisy, was showing signs of degenerative arthritis as well, plus, she was diagnosed with borderline renal failure from NSAID use in an effort to manage her pain.

Needless to say, I was devastated at the thought of losing another pack member possibly 2 with only one dog, 4-year-old Willow, that so far is healthy.

All my dogs are rescues. All 3 dogs absolutely love Nature's Blend, including the liver treats.

Very quickly Sirus showed signs of increased energy, almost to the point of being obnoxious wanting to play ball (I forgot to mention he also fights a severe case of Valley Fever) very soon after starting Nature's Blend.

Daisy has more good than bad days and her renal function has improved to normal levels all without any pain meds.

Willow now hurries to her bowl to eat where in the past she would wait for the others to eat first, she is eager to get her share.

I cannot afford to feed them only Nature's Blend so I've been using it as a topper on their grain-free limited ingredient food as Sirus has multiple allergies and skin issues along with his other health problems. Nature's Blend seems to be helping decrease his itching.

Sirus is being treated for his cancer and Valley Fever, however, I'm sure what he eats has made a huge difference, even the sores on his nose are healing and he hasn't bled from the sores above his eyes since starting Nature's Blend.

I know we won't win this fight with cancer but I'm thankful for every day that passes with him enjoying life.

In August my French Bulldog turned a year old, and I discovered your pet food about that time. She loves it. She returns to lick the bowl clean. I love the fact that it's all natural and I feel good feeding her that food versus the processed kibble.

About mid-June, I noticed she began licking her paws a LOT. They appear a little red between the pads. I've been treating her with some home remedies which don't seem to be helping yet. A couple of weeks ago I noticed some bumps appear under her fur, mostly on her torso. They have disappeared but then return. So, I suspect allergies and will take her to the vet if she doesn't clear up soon.

My sister wonders whether the change in dog food caused this. I do not think so, unless there is a possibility that she is allergic to one of the ingredients. I suspect something outside like pollen, and don't know for sure because I didn't have her during these hot summer months last year.

Izzy has dropped about half a pound since being on your dog food. She has an abundance of energy and is happy and playful. Thanks for what you do.

My dogs simply love this food, as soon as I open the bag they come running. I find it convenient, simply add water. Easy to bring along.

The only drawback is it's expensive getting it from California, with customs it gets to be almost as expensive as filet mignon.

I have to admit that I was skeptical when I first opened the bag when it arrived. The food’s appearance was different from any I had seen before. I added a little water, stirred it and set it down. CoCo was already excited because she could smell it. My goodness, it had disappeared in seconds. She usually would sniff her food and walk away only returning to eat it when she became very hungry. No more!

She loves it and scarfs it down and stays to lick the bowl clean. Thank you, Dr. Marty! We now have a very happy dog!

I purchased your product and have been very satisfied with the results. Your information about commercial dog foods has led me to research a little farther and has led to a change in product purchases as far as dog food is concerned. I intend to buy more of your Dr. Marty's freeze-dried dog food and use it to supplement my Bella's diet. The price of your food is pretty fair but is still a little too expensive to completely change her diet. But it has had positive benefits to Bella. She really likes your food and she has been a little perkier, at least that's my opinion. Thank you for what you are doing to provide better nutrition for our furry friends.

I have 2 senior dogs, one is 12 and 1/2, the other is 10. The oldest has had some health problems recently, she has blood in her urine and started having seizures. The vets don’t know why, it’s not cancer or infection. I’ve been feeding Blue Buffalo healthy weight with no grain. I also noticed both dogs eating dirt in the yard, which started about a year ago and don’t know why. I started feeding Dr. Marty's about 3 weeks ago, I’ve not yet seen any improvement but I know I need to give it more time. I do know they love it! The hardest part of feeding Dr. Marty’s is the 3 minutes the dogs have to wait for the water to soak in. The dogs drive me crazy with there whining waiting for Dr. Marty’s, they have never done that for any other food.

Purchased for my almost 9-year-old lab. He was shedding even worse than normal, his coat was dry and dull, he was tired, exhausted easily when playing and his joints would get stiff often after any physical activity. When I watched the video and got all the information on what was missing from his diet, I knew I had to give it a try. It's been 4 weeks and he's like a young dog again! He sheds way less than he ever has, he's having regular bowel movements, hasn't had a single morning with stiffness, he has energy again! I feel hopeful that we have several more good years with him, and honestly, there isn't a price you can put on that.
