They don’t have enough members that they send you matches that don’t even meet your requirements. Lots of scammers. I had to report scammers in this dating site twice within a week. Customer service avoided to answer my questions and concerns, acted like nothing happened. It’s a complete waste of time and money.

This website has very few subscribers and therefore very few choices.

Most of the matches I was offered were 50 to 200 miles away. They renewed the membership without my consent. Apparently, I signed for it and I had 3 days to cancel. As the notice went to my junk email it took me a week to send the cancellation email and they refused to refund me. In the end, it cost me over $300 for nothing.

Read the reviews, but question who is really writing them. Here is what really happens after you pay your mandatory 3 months for Elite Singles. The first 3 days you are bombarded with matches. They make sure you are thrilled because there is a 3-day right of recision here.

After that, matches start to deteriorate. Matches that live too far, too old or simply conflict with your requirement data start filtering in. Next, you end up with pages of no pic matches that have a profile of ten words or less, no details and no interest in writing back.

I decided to find out why. It seems the people who were getting my picture and profile were from other sites. Many did not pay and many were just fishing. I paid for Elite Singles because I wanted a smaller group of people who would pay for services. It's a scam.

I joined Elite Singles and it was the worst dating app. The women were not "elite" at all. In fact, they were women who couldn't get dates on Tinder or Bumble. If you're looking for Harvard graduates, this is the last place to look. Very few of the women even attended Division 1 schools. There are no standards to qualify people other than the $100+ you pay. You're better off going to a bar in any major city in the USA and you can do better. From here on out, I'm doing it the old-fashioned way!

The most horrible dating site, there’s no way to match with anyone if you are looking for an upscale reasonable partner! The search engines and the match test has no point. There is just a waste of time to fill out everything from that form. Stay away! It’s just a rip-off!

I have received three security notifications that the men I was talking to have been removed because they have broken the law. They do not respect the parameters you put in like race or distance or education level because I continually receive only people outside of my parameters. There is nothing Elite about any of their people. Most have less than a college degree and are in Blue Collar jobs. So their whole advertisement about getting people that are highly educated and high paying jobs and all of that that they advertise is a complete lie. I have been trying to get out of my membership since the moment I got on and I just get the runaround from their customer service.

There are not many choices and 80% of the choices do not have pictures. I've been on for about 2 weeks and there are 43 profiles and most have no pictures...Absolutely NOT worth the money.

Many many people with no photos and they do not respond when you ask for photos. The closest distance you can enter for your match is 50 miles and the matches are often way outside of that. The last person who messaged me was 237 miles away! The only match I was interested in is 100 miles away. Would not recommend. Save your money.

The company never put in any effort for the members to have pictures, or to be a paid member, so I can't start a conversation. So you never know what the person looks like. Plus, they can't contact you, they're not a paid member. I don't know if they're a paid member because the company keeps their profile on their site to make it look like they got more members on the site. This is not a dating site, the company is making money off the people that are paying for a membership that receives no service. They don't have to be a paid member so they can't contact you. They only can send you a smiley face. They never have any available paid members in my area. No one puts any effort into making any contact. It's just a waste of time and money. Like any other dating site!

1. This is a German firm and their customer service is almost impossible to talk to.

2. The last 4 months of my subscription the website refused to save women I tried to favorite.

3. The website is also not well thought out structurally.

4. When I let my subscription expire, they sent me an email worthy of Guido from the Mafia coming around for his protection money and demanded I pay for another year or they would litigate.
