I have followed their nutrients and advise on eating healthy. I have a great organic veggie and fruit tree garden. I feel as healthy as I was in my 20's. The only problems I have is with my joints wrists, knees, and shoulders. You must have some solutions for the pain I feel there. Regards.

I have been taking Energy Renew for almost a month and I feel alert and have sustained energy throughout the day. No mid-afternoon slump. For me, it works better than coffee. Think I'm immune to caffeine as I don't feel any perking up from it. I drink it more as a comfort beverage and can easily do without it. The flavor of Energy Renew is fruity and tastes fine to me. I have a scoop of Energy Renew with a glass of water every workday around 3. It really picks me up and I'm noticing it's also cleaning me out. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that, but I'm very regular when I take it. It tastes good. I tried it with some low-fat milk and it tasted good, also.

I would most definitely recommend Energy Renew to a family member or a friend. I drink it first thing in the morning before work. For me it may take five minutes and then I feel the energy through my body. I am almost 70 years old and still work full-time and take care of my disabled husband. I was experiencing major fatigue and brain fog. My energy has increased so much. I decided to try taking it twice in a day, to see if I would have any adverse effect. Between 1:00 and 3:00 pm I start to feel sluggish and sleepy. I took some to work with me, and mixed it in the afternoon, a wonderful pickup was the only side effect I had, and that was a great positive.
