This is an economical way to keep your devices clear of viruses. I have used it for years and it is quick and easy to use. I started using many years ago and it is amazing how it works and how efficient it is. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for speed, efficiency and to lower their overhead cost.

Easy to install, had to use the "pressing the F12" button to get it going; found several items on my desktop and a few on my laptop. Glad I got them off our computers; am going to use it on my tablet later today.

It eventually took me about two days to finally get the stick to pair with my Apple wireless mouse. It would say mouse found, but curser wouldn't move so I had to keep starting over...very frustrating, to say the least. I even did a factory reset of one of the sticks and then I couldn't find the EFI BOOT so switched sticks. If this keeps happening, I'm not sure if I can rate this good or not. For me, I am not tech savvy, and this only frustrates me considerably! These bugs need to be worked out.

I used the FixMeStick on two computers and I am pleased with the results. The desktop is four years old and after running the FixMeStick, my sis was very happy with the speed of the computer.

I was getting a blue screen and my computer would restart. This was happening on a regular basis. Now my problem is solved. Thanks to FixMeStick! LOVE IT!

Microsoft scam locked up my computer, sirens going off saying my computer is illegal, wanting me to call that number. Heck no. I tried everything on Google and YouTube. The real culprit is SlimWare. I erased it off my computer but everywhere is still popping up, they suckered me once when I first set up my computer. A hot girl walked up on my screen, gave me step by step instructions. My computer was saying all my stuff is outdated and not working. On my computer that I just took out of the box. Yes, my first computer. Ended up paying SlimWare and got nothing but problems saying I need all these upgrades wanting more money. What a scam. I canceled and erased all that off my computer still popping up. Then the Microsoft scam locked on my computer. So I went to Walmart asked what the heck do I need, he said FixMeStick. Got it, ran it, said found bugs, guess what, SlimWare. It still was messing up. I ran it again, still messing up. Shut it off for a few hours, then it was off my computer. And I shut it off for hours before, restarted my computer, tried everything thing. All day. But FixMeStick did it so far so good. SlimWare should get shut down and locked up in prison, scamming bastards.

The FixMeStick would not open up on this tow in one. After three attempts the instruction said enter setup to open the stick from the USB selection in setup. F1, F2, F12 will not open setup. Your lists do not have the key listed for a Maximum III 2n1. I contacted the manufacturer but I have not gotten a response. This is the device I bought the stick for but I can not use it on this device.

After receiving my FixMeStick, I plugged it in, followed the I instructions, and after a few hours, it finished its work, and I was informed that all was well. Made me very happy.

I tried both FixMeSticks purchased and cannot get either to finish a scan. The program locks up my computer and the only way I can get my computer to work is to reboot it. I ran it overnight and it froze after scanning about 1100 files.

The scan went for a little over an hour, no viruses found, which is good. Was easy enough to set up. Not sure what else I can do with it. I will do it again in a few months, hopefully, it will still be good.

I had trouble getting the cap of the FixMeStick; the long end came off of the FixMeStick when I tried to get the cap off. One I got the cap off, I was able to install the FixMeStick into the computer.

I phoned them to ask a question and they give great customer service. Customer service is lost with a lot of companies but not this one.

I bought a FixMeStick several months ago hoping to never need it, and well, it seemed a good idea as I have had many viruses before. I put it on a shelf and forgot about it. Then, of course, my computer started to slow down to a crawl until I was unable to work any longer getting prepared for a big bill because I had anti-malware, etc. on my PC, but it had not stopped it. I remembered about that FixMeStick and thought why not try it, it can't do any harm. So I did sort it out straight away and now it is working fine. It did everything it said it would on the pack and you do not need to be a techy to use it (I can attest to that). Thanks FixMeStick!

The stick was fantastic. It fixed my problem and now my computer runs like new. However, there were no instructions to help me included with the product. If there were instructions in the stick, I couldn't access them. It took me two scans to get it to work properly. I couldn't get my computer to reboot at the beginning of the process.

In January, my FixMeStick failed to run. I tried the various ways to launch it but it would get stuck and would not start a scan. I tried again in February, but it had the same problem. I contacted Support and the agent told me about the Menu Options > Factory Upgrade and that cured the problem.

Easy to use...right out of the package and into my computer and setting it up was effortless. Ran for about 2 and 1/2 hours, only found one small threat and removed it...so easy. The thing is, that after running the FixMeStick, my computer now runs so much faster.

I've been waiting for two days for support to answer a simple question. Simple question really. I want to use this for my business and would like to give the report to my customer. The PDF that gets generated on the USB looks clunky, they said there was a better way to view the report, but they have not told me where.

My computer is quite old and so perhaps there is an upper limit on the level of improvement that FixMeStick can effect. The fact is that, although the scan proceeded smoothly and successfully, it has made very little difference to the speed or utility of my computer.

My laptop had become infected with malware which causes it to lock up and crash several times. I doubted it would ever operate again. I became frantic because I couldn't get my college assignments completed, so I decided to give FixMeStick a try. My laptop now performs better than ever. I was hesitant about purchasing but my computer was so slow I took a chance and made the purchase of the FixMeStick. I used it on my computer and found two viruses. The FixMeStick cleaned my computer and it is a lot faster. I like that it is lifetime and I don't have to renew or purchase another product. Glad I made the purchase.

I ran the fix and clicked on to buy but could not go back to see how the scan was going. It locked me in. Several hours later I still could not see the fix screen so I rebooted and left your steps of procedure up so I could do the final clean. Something had taken over my computer and was screwing up the mouse made it impossible to do anything. It would blank out my screen for a moment and start playing music from who knows where and so on. Ran stick and it was gone. Thanks for such a great product. Amazing.
