I followed the instructions to install and run the FixMeStick. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. It didn't find any viruses, but our PC seems to be working better then it was. Go figure.

It fixed my Sony laptop that I was not able to use for ages due unable to open Edge and App Store in it. On first run it fixed 6 problems and my laptop is working faster and nothing is acting up now. Will run a monthly scan and highly recommend this product to those who have issues with their computer.

It is very good and it was a good price at £19.99. It helped my PC out and my laptop as well. It needs more years on the FixMeStick and the order number is 206-0416376-0132341, and it came at 11:30 next day.

When I tried to load the FixMeStick it would go as far as a blinking fix me stick logo and freeze, I couldn't do anything except to shut down my computer with the off button on the tower. I would also get a message showing which said "desktop manager not active."

I was told the issue was typically corrected by a factory update. I did the factory update and the problem was solved, I was able to do a complete scan with the FixMeStick.

I was able to use FixMeStick successfully on three separate laps. I was reading to go out and buy another computer as a computer doctor quoted me an outlandish fee to fix it. This product caught my eye on a Walmart shelf. I said why not?! So I did, and it worked. The only problem (if I can refer to it as that) was the amount of "data" it used, which was substantial, so be prepared for that. The bottom line, I simply skipped and used it on my other laptops on separate monthly allotments. That way my data didn't exceed what I'm paying for. Great product, served me well. Thanks to unmentioned issues, I was able to chat with their rep. Kyrstin Richardson and she took care of me professionally, compassionately and quickly.

I received it in a few days and immediately tried on my desktop. As explained it took a long time to scan and remove viruses and Trojans. I let it run overnight and the next morning I checked all the files it found to be removed and it cleaned them all up. Once clean and rebooted, my PC worked much faster than it has in many months. It is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who has a problem with a slow computer. I have used it with great success in both my desktops now and am very satisfied with the product.

I bought a FixMeStick to see if it could help my very slow running computer...and it did!

My computer is running much faster and the pop-up ads have disappeared. I bought a FixMeStick for my husband and he has gotten the same results.

The FixMeStick did what it said it would do, and I’m totally satisfied. The only thing is that I had to do some weird rebooting and changing of settings in order for it to work. I don’t feel that the instructions were really helpful in overcoming the permission error I kept getting, but I googled the error and extrapolated from other sites, and was able to make the changes necessary. Otherwise, it worked exactly as promised!

I've been using this software for the last three years, even though most of the time I haven't had a malware issue. Until recently when I used the FixMeStick on my wife's laptop, a malware issue was found and removed. It's always better to be careful than have your computer to crash and that too happened to me in the past before using FixMeStick. I will continue using my FixMeStick and will always feel protected by its use.

This is one investment I am glad I made. This is a great product and it does what it says it is supposed to do. I used to have a lot of viruses but since I purchased the FixMeStix my PC runs faster, better, and not one virus. I was like a lot of you afraid that this was a get quick scam so I kept trying other ones and found out the other ones I was using were the scams! So I thought well, let me try the FixMeStix, and am very glad I did. It works great. Thank you FixMeStix for saving my PC.

A product like this has been long in coming. Someone finally has invented and brought to the market a P.C. "fix-it" device that REALLY DOES work. From the moment I installed it on my computer, it went to work and cleared all of the viruses, malware, and such from my computer. And it didn't take much time at all to perform its function. I can't say enough good things about the FixMeStick. I have recommended it to my family and friends, and those who have purchased it have been completely satisfied with it. Hi guys, I am a repeat customer. The old program lets you look at what you were deleting or quarantined. This new version does not. That is my only criticism.

It worked very well for me. I had a bit of a hard time to get it started, but after properly reading the instructions it did the job. Fixed my new PC as well and my old computer that is still using Windows XP. In total it cleaned up 10 threats. Having this USB stick to continue checking up on my computers will be an asset. The Norton Antivirus software does not allow it at first, but it works at startup before Windows loads up. No problems occurred after its use and both computers worked better without any sluggish delays.

My experience with computers goes back to the DOS days, remember the binary code? I have used computers for business and industrial needs for twenty-four years, and have had my share of problems with them. The upswing of viruses being unleashed onto networks is huge! Most antivirus programs cannot stop everything getting through! When you're faced with "infections," use FixMeStick! It works! I know!

I bought it because of its price and tried it on an old laptop with Vista on it. That old computer kept crashing and I didn’t have much confidence in the stick, but after using one pass on the old clunker, I saw to my surprise it is working. I knew my computer was infected but I was not able to spend the money to take it to a computer tech to fix. I had read about and seen presentations on the FixMeStick and thought I'd take a look on Amazon. Much to my surprise, I was thrilled to see the FixMeStick there for a great price.

I had a little problem finding File Explorer on my computer, however, an awesome customer service agent from FixMeStick gave me another route to start the process and I was on my way.

I let the FixMeStick do its thing and upon completion, I had a lonnnnng list of serious issues on my laptop. I clicked "Clean" and the magic began wherein all the infections were eradicated. I am more than overjoyed at the end result!

My laptop is about 8 years old but it serves my purpose, however, it was molasses slow to boot, open programs and even open new tabs on the internet. Well, much to my amazement, my laptop works faster than when I bought it. No more waiting forever to boot up or open programs AND not one buffer during videos!

I am completely and thoroughly ecstatic how the FixMeStick eradicated the infectious bugs on my laptop, its comprehensive process and the superb results I experienced on my laptop.

I wish I had such a simple fix to ensure my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is free of infections without having to spend a fortune on a software package.
