Fantastic customer service. I had a few questions about their tasting subscription and website and received prompt, informative replies. I was clearly talking to a person and not getting automated replies, and the replies were clearly not being drawn from a 'standard list of replies' as is the case with so many customer service places.

I have never had a problem with shipping despite it being international. The longest something has taken to arrive is three weeks, but usually it takes two. That is still better than some of the domestic packages I've ordered.

Flaviar has introduced to me to the amazingly rich and varied world of spirits. Thank you.

I am a true Islay aficionado, but the triple play was too good to pass up. Teeling Small Batch, Glenfarclas 12 and Tomatin 14 - I have already re-ordered the Teeling and Glenfarclas, but the Tomatin 14 was no longer available. It is, very simply, the finest dram I have sampled to date, and I have a WELL stocked bar. PLEASE get more Tomatin in, it is not available in stores locally.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered my membership but I was very pleasantly surprised when I got it. I am always looking to try new things and I have on more than one time gotten something new only to find that I didn't like it at all. So naturally this made sense to me to get a sample before paying good money on something I might or might not like. I do not regret getting this at all.
