Flaviar is a hip, cool gift for Whiskey lovers with responsive customer service. My husband liked the quality, the packaging, the app, etc. It did feel slightly confusing as to what package or membership type he had and what the exact benefits were.

I suppose my only doubt is if it makes financial sense as you only get the benefits quarterly (tasting box and bottle) it would be nice to get something monthly, a tasting box (without coaster each time for example). I know it has free shipping but there is still a margin. Or offer a discount bottle each month, let new Whiskey brands try to get fans by offering it very cheap to an exclusive crowd.

I just joined and have not received any liquor yet, but can tell you that the customer service is phenomenal. Sabrina was quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Everything you could ask for and more! With this as a start, Flaviar may just turn 2020 around!

I had an issue with shipping. I spoke with Sabrina in customer service, and within a couple of hours she had the problem solved. We have been very happy with our Flaviar membership. The selection is good, prices are competitive, and customer service has been amazing.

I am grateful to have Flaviar as a resource for purchasing adult beverages because our local retailers have limited selections compared to what's available on this site. I first learned about online liquor from "Drink Up NY.com" so they are my benchmark for how on how online liquor aggregator works. As long as you don't expect next day delivery you get a broad selection, plus an idea based on the product description and tasting notes about how well the bottle contents match your preferences. Can't do that at our 3 local liquor stores. As with all online merchants, customer service is a make it or break it deal. I believe one of the main reasons Drink Up NY went south was their inability to fix the inevitable order problems. So far I've experienced only 1 problem in almost a 1/2 year and my customer service rep was empowered to fix the prob in a way that to me exemplifies a company dedicated to keeping customers happy so that I was willing to overlook the problem and remain loyal. I hope you never have an order mix up, but if you do, in my experience, they will do what it takes to keep you on board. Flaviar has earned my appreciation to where I can sum up my experience so far by saying, "I'm glad I discovered them and I'm glad they're here."

This is a great club for those who enjoy any style or type of spirit, but it also has a great support team if anything goes wrong. Very quick, friendly, and professional response to any issue.

I had one shipment that the Post Office decided to return early, and the support team replaced the order immediately with no question.

I needed questions answered for a second issue, and I received clarification within minutes of asking. This was after getting an email that said responses could be delayed due to volume.

Really great experience with customer service. I had accidentally ordered the same tasting box twice. When I noticed a couple of days later, I emailed them on the weekend. I immediately got a response from Elizabeth who told me they had already suspected an issue and put the order on hold. They quickly corrected the issue and couldn’t have been more helpful.

The few times that I’ve had any sort of question or issue with their service my inquiries were answered politely, quickly, and efficiently.
